Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
1 παιδί κάτω των 2 ετών χρεώνεται GBP 10,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για μία βρεφική κούνια.
Δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα τοποθέτησης επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.
Προκαταβολή

The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. I very much enjoyed the stay and had a very good nights sleep - very comfy beds!! Wasnt the most modern hotel I have stayed in but it was cosy with a very good sized room and because of the style of the building, being ultra-modern would not have suited it or the surroundings. |

The hot bath breakfast was ok - but it would have been nice if when we arrived somebody walked across the grounds with an umberella and showed us into our room Myself & my 80year old sister arrived apprx. 6pm and it was pouring with rain reception showed us the bar and told us where breakfast was served our room was in the lodge we were shown the door which led into the grounds & told where to walk to find the lodge when we got there with our luggage the place was in darkness we eventually found a hall light and continued to find our room.The key wouldn't open the door so left my sister with the luggage and went back to reception where I was given two keys which did infact open the door but got caught in a deluge and looked like I had been dragged from the sea. We were so wet and cold that we couldn't go back again to eat so asked for room service & ordered an omelette each & got charged £10 extra |

Comfortable warm room & good facilities, good breakfast, closeness to town, good parking, reasonable rates. Getting wet getting to the breakfast room - a covered walkway between Louisa Lodge and the main building would be a benefit! Could do with a bit more wardrobe space. Freeview digital tv would be a plus. |

Deputy Manageress Excellent, Superior room comfortable but not worth the cost. Shower in the superior room did not function properly. Evening meal was very poor due to being far too cool which indicated it had been micro waved and not freshly cooked. The waiter was rude when we complained about the meal. The breakfast next morning was also far too cool. Out of 10 for food I would give this hotel 1. |

Very friendly staff, excellent location, good breakfasts, cleanliness of rooms excellent, easy parking and very good value for money. We can't comment on the evening meals as we chose to eat out at local restaurants -a couple of which were very good. The bed was a bit soft, but I like hard beds! |

I had booked a single room but was upgraded to a double which was a nice surprise. The gardens are very peaceful and the location is good for the beach and the shops. The receptionists were welcoming and most efficient. |

We found all hotel staff friendly and helpful and the location good for beach,restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and comfortable. The dinner we had was very good & "full English" breakfasts were delicious, though we did have to ask for our coffees to be topped up each morning. |

The whole stay was great.reception great breakfast staff were fantastic,and must say it was the best full english breakfast i've ever had. One thing would of been nice would of been to have a flat screen tv and sky other than that it was perfect |

The room was clean and comfortable and the the staff who looked after the room were very good. I would recommend the hotel for the room which was in the Louisa Lodge. The dining room could not cope and the food sadly was poor. Recommend to stay but avoid the restaurant if possible. I was unable to find a suitable alternative in Swanage. |

Friendly and very helpful staff. Large bedroom with enormous bed. Good shower. Reasonable breakfast - more fresh fruit would have been appreciated. Did not use restaurant so cannot comment. Communal spaces good but the best element was the ambience of the whole place created by the history and collection of architectural artifacts around the house and extensive gardens. We stayed in the Lodge but did not find this an inconvenience in any way. Cleanliness of room could have been better - receipt from previous occupier sticking our from under bed - top bed cover stained when turned back - bathroom tiles and floor needed a deep clean - mould on tiles and floor grimy. |

The excellent helpful and very warm welcome from the receptionist. The peace and quiet situation of the lodge despite only being a few yards from the main high street. The cooked breakfast was delightful The fruit salad provided at breakfast was of a tinned variety- how much nicer it would have been if it had been fresh fruit. |

Handy location near the centre of Swanage. The room was ok but not worth the money that we paid for it.breakfast was poor. We had to wait a long time before we were able to sit down - short stafffed / lots of tables not clean from previous occupants / requests for more coffee / some butter etc... fell on deaf ears. Had to wait a long time before we actually recieved our food. |

The size and comfort of the room, the victorian gardens, and the wonderful ambience of the main building. Also on the plus side the car parking and the hotels location. Just one small matter. The door spring on our door was very strong and it slammed shut making an awful noise, if left it could cause damage to the door frame. This is not a complaint just an observation |
