As motorcycle travellers, my friend and i found your Hotel to be of a high standard and would consider using again as we both found Scotland to be a wonderful country to travel through on motorcycles. No , in fact it was nice to see the charm of the past still being used within the hotel .Our over night stay did not give us time to experience the hotel to it's full,perhaps another time . |

The warm welcome at reception and the public areas which were nicely designed. The floorboards in the bedroom creaked dreadfully! Also the room was a bit dated, although very clean. |

From the welcome as I checked in to my departure I could find no faults. The room was spotles and well equiped and breakfast was perfection. |

welcoming and obliging staff,lovely food,good atmosphere,nice quiet surroundings,easy secure parking,uncluttered modern decor. no lift,but was no problem as we were allocated a ground floor room |

the hotel was great, the staff were very helpful and the low cost of the meal deal , 2 course and bottle of wine for 2 £25 was very resonable and made us decide to eat there. |

Some staff were helpful, breakfast fine. Foorboards and beds ridiculously noisy. Check in time rather late. Unable to eat at restaurantmwithout booking but saw plenty of room later although staff failed to suggest a later meal. |

Location is excellent. Dine for 2 for £20 was fantastic value - a good meal of a good size and a decent free bottle of wine - unlike some of these offers. |

Easy access to our main venue ie. Dewars Ice Rink Discrepancies of B&B prices. There was a banner outside hotel quoting B&B £55-£65, I asked for curlers prices which were more than I paid for booking online, the hotel said their usual price was £125.....I would never pay that for the facilities at this hotel. Decor was outdated, shower poor, room refreshments were not restocked but the breakfasts and dinner were good! |
