It was clean, the food was excellent value for money. The weather was appalling which meant we had to spend most of our time in the hotel. The lack of a residents lounge was a downside to the hotel. |

the privacy of the location meant that you did not get disturbed by too many people coming in that were not guests at the hotel. |

Good value, with decent dinner & breakfast Room situation, beside a fairly busy road, meant sleep disturbed. The in room very small tv made viewing awkward. |

The front-of-house staff were friendly and helpful, the room service was quick and efficient. The shower (room 206) was pathetically weak and difficult to control the temperature. There was no dedicated residents' lounge to sit and read apart from the bar area. I left my room for almost hours between 11am and 3pm and it still hadn't been made up when I came back. |

Staff were very friendly. Food was really very good - for both dinner and breakfast. Location for distance to center of Perth very good and plenty of parking. Modern bar and restaurant. Quite old building. Furnishings in this hotel are tired looking and very used. This could be changed although its not dirty. |

The room was clean and tidy, which I regard as probably the most important, and it was comfortable. The fine breakfast and good service made the whole experience good value for money |

I enjoyed the hotel in general. Specifically the staff were excellent. The building is typical of an older building which has been fitted retrosp[ectivly and some of the fittings are showing signs of wear The linolium floor in the shower /toilet overlying a wooden floor which creaked |

We enjoyed the evening meal which had a special offer of two 2 course meals and a bottle of wine for £20. The meal and wine were excellent. We also liked the fact that there was a bus stop at the hotel. It would have been preferrable to stay in the main hotel and not the adjoining villa as we had to go outside to get from one to the other. However, as we were only there for 2 nights and the weather was favourable we did not ask for another room. If booking again we would request a room in the main hotel building. |

comfortable, well run, welcoming, excellent dinner menu ably supported by willing and helpful staff an all together excellent hotel for the price. the bedrooms were not swept (hoovered) daily and as I had inadvertantly dropped some crisps/nuts the crumbly residue remainded with us (after picking up the larger pieces) for the remainder of our holiday. that was poor. |
