In impossible weather conditions we had to abandon our car and go forward by train. Your Manager Mr Mark Brogan was superb. He organised trains, provided us with a suitcase from his own home so we could take Christmas presents to Wick. He further made a forward booking for Sunday 27th December - just after a huge fall of snow. Again all the staff were most helpful. The room was warm and our evening meal was good. We liked the quality and quantity of breakfast. The scrambled egg was very good! Thanks to your staff we had a memorable stay and cannot speak too highly of the quality of service we had. We would like to return in better weather and see more of Perth! SEe above. The only caveat was that on night one the room portable heater was not safe. The manager quickly removed it and rectified the problem. |

Excellent value, spotlessly clean, comfortable bedroom. The restaurant menu provides a wide choice and everything is beautifully cooked and presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. It could ave had better disabled access. The ramp at the side is too steep for pushing a wheelchair and not an alternative to steps. |

Friendliness of the Staff was very welcoming. The standard of the accommodation was excellent. We got directions to 2 late night opening stores. I also didn't have to pack a hair dryer and the Breakfast was Great! I would definitely recommend this Hotel and use it again |

It was clean, the food was excellent value for money. The weather was appalling which meant we had to spend most of our time in the hotel. The lack of a residents lounge was a downside to the hotel. |

The front-of-house staff were friendly and helpful, the room service was quick and efficient. The shower (room 206) was pathetically weak and difficult to control the temperature. There was no dedicated residents' lounge to sit and read apart from the bar area. I left my room for almost hours between 11am and 3pm and it still hadn't been made up when I came back. |

Staff were very friendly. Food was really very good - for both dinner and breakfast. Location for distance to center of Perth very good and plenty of parking. Modern bar and restaurant. Quite old building. Furnishings in this hotel are tired looking and very used. This could be changed although its not dirty. |
