Can't believe this place is not closed down; it's that dirty. Smelled like vomit. Filthy carpets. Overpriced. No wifi. A miserable experience.

It was a house with a lovely garden. We though it was going to be an apartment so we were pleasantly surprised. Great off road parking. Co-Op right next door, very handy! Well equipped and comfortable.

No double beds, all single beds so we pushed them together. Kitchen was grubby and the blind fell out of its fitting. Only one part of the double oven worked.

The location was a short distance from the centre of cambridge. The house was well maintained, and the beds were extremely comfy. The staff at breakfast were extremely pleasant.

There was only one bathroom for 6 guests to share. Although the house was well maintained, the fridge was dirty on arrival. It wasn't easy to connect to the free wifi.

Very bad cleanliness status, al kitchen was dirty, fridge shelves were dirty. Even dishes weren't clean correctly. I've received Iron board which was dirty and burnt. Price is very big and staff aren't nice(except one nice lady on reception). I will not recommend this apartment never!!!

    Nice apartment, quite new, spacious

Very bad maintenance and cleaning status. The staff did not respond to pur observations. On the first day wifi did no work, they said the'd send someone to check itand they never did it. Finally we had to connect to the network of the hotel accross the street, with very poor signal. The microwave did not work either, we reported it the first day, and was never solved. Cleaning status was not good: we found a mug with fermented milk in the microwave! The three big dust bins in the garden were full, they had not been emptied in ages. It is a pity that a nice apartment has such a bad service and maintenance.

x2 apartments booked for a hen weekend. Phone call on the day to say there had been a leak in the bathroom which meant the kitchen ceiling had collapsed so half could stay in one apartment the other half of the party would be put up in the hotel 'across the road.' When we arrived the receptionist gave us 3 keys and pointed to a house which was the overflow to the hotel and said 2 hotel rooms were in there and gestured that the apartment was down the road near the Co-Op.I understand she probably couldn't leave the hotel desk unmanned however I think someone should have walked us over there to show us exactly where because it is not signposted in any way. The hotel rooms were more like a bedsit, although clean and fair for the price paid. The apartment was a little better however it was a 2 minute walk down the busy road which was not idea for a hen party who had booked x2 neighbouring apartments. We went back to speak to the receptionist about this and requested breakfast for all of us at no extra charge, she said she'd refer to the manager and call us, but no call received. Saturday morning we spoke to a different person who reluctantly said yes "if we hurry." This was 9:30am on a Saturday, no where in the "hotel room" did it say what time breakfast was served and the receptionist hadn't told us on the Friday either. We went to breakfast and as we left at 10 some people came down for breakfast, not sure what the rush for us o have breakfast was for as they clearly serve until 10 am! On the Saturday night while someone was showering water started to come through the kitchen ceiling!!! This was either a coincidence or the person responsible for the plumbing made the same mistake with this apartment as they had with the other one we should have had!!! When we looked there was an old water mark so it seems it's happened before. Needless to say we will not be booking to return here for any future hen weekends in Cambridge!

Beautiful spacious property in a great location - handy for co-op and bus outside the door to Cambridge

Couldn't turn the heating down - we were roasting! Probably a problem with the thermostat - I reported this. Cigarrette butts (lots) on the patio

It was nice to be able to stay in an apartment so the kids could relax in the evening.

wifi was free for 5 minutes, staff on arrival weren't very friendly, light falling out of ceiling, carpets needed cleaning, leaking shower doors, washing machine. Just didn't look finished but it worked for the price and location for the night.

The location is perfect, if a little difficult to find initially. It's directly behind a small Co-op store, so perfect for food & drink supplies. It's a house and not an apartment, so very spacious, newly built, with private parking (a real plus in Cambridge!) and a garden! Comfortable, well appointed, with modern fixtures and fittings. Will stay again.

Cleanliness not up to scratch. Lack of cleaning materials, even basics such as washing up liquid. Dirty dishcloths and only one dishwasher tablet! No guest information for who to contact with any problems.Staff did take this all on board and I would hope this would be rectified for next guests.

Location is great to get in and about Cambridge Excellent facilities - sky movies included Next to a local co-op supermarket Can accommodate large family or group of friends

Need to have better control for heating. It was too warm. Pillows to plump - meant your head was tilted too much when trying to sleep.

The property was a good size and located about 10-15 minutes from Cambridge. Nice décor and comfortable. A very good price for five of us. Nice garden with barbecue, although wrong time of year for barbecues.

Poorly equipped kitchen if you are wanting to use it as a self catering property. No bread knife for toast in the morning. No dishcloths, no tea towel, no oven gloves, no dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid so we were unable to wash up and wipe the surfaces. We only stayed one night but would struggle to be fully self catering for longer stays.

Apartment was ideal for a group of friends comfy and warm ( once we asked how to get the boiler on) beds were really comfy

Would hve been nice to have a welcome pack including washing up liquid and 1 or two dishwasher tablets. Instructions on how to turn on boiler and also wifi password would have been handy - maybe with taxi numbers etc. We read about the lack of mirrors so had bought our own, but that would have been easily fixed!

When we complained about the state of the flat we were offered alternative flats x 2 for 5 of us but didn't suit as not big enough for all 5 to eat together. Although cleaner, there was a pile of cigarette butts by front door which had obviously not offended the cleaners eyes or may be it was theirs? The manager did send to men to clean flat but even when told what the issues were they still left without hoovering the stairs. They did give us a bottle of wine for compensation but would rather have had a clean flat as spoilt a birthday trip to visit grandson at Uni.

We arrived to park next to wheelie bins, entering noticed stairs were filthy, kitchen cupboard doors sticky, fridge dirty, cutlery drawer had crumbs in it. No one had cleaned it properly. Tv was in spanish and couldn't change it. They sent cleaners to address the issues but still failed to hoover the stairs which couldn't have been hoovered for some time as filthy. Very disappointing as expected basic but not dirty.

We are a group of 5 classmates. When I search on the internet, all accommodations in Cambridge are expensive and outside the main campus. I then choose Lovell Apartments as it has the best pictures of the rooms. It definitely the best choice for groups of people or for families. We have a three bedroom villa, excellent design and fantastic furnished. Although it will take 40 min to walk to the town center, Every Penny you spend is worth the value.
