Lovell Apartments

There were no Mirrors, we went as a group of girls and only had one mirror between 6 of us! More mirrors in all apartments!!!

The location. And that we were staying in a house, not a hotel.

1st: only because I phoned the week before did they realise we had a booking. 2nd: on our arrival they tried to split our family up and have 2 of us in the hotel. Then we had an apartment that had 1 double bed when we had booked two. 3rd: it had nothing to start our stay (as advertised) after an 8hr car journey we had to go to the shops. 4th: it was not that clean.

Very spacious and good facilities.

The cable connection was intermittent, but maybe the problem of SKy and not Lovell.

Space

Lack of clean oven equipment

very nicely decorated inside with a great deal of new appliances, good kitchen for entertaining. clean throughout.

Downstairs is wood and slate which is nice, possible a rug or two would make it feel a bit warmer.

The hotel has these houses which are out the back and across the road from the main hotel. If you have which needs 3 bedrooms then this is a good option. If you are staying in Cambridge a week then you'd be better to rent a house from other places cheaper. You have a nice kitchen and even sky tv. The central heating is good. Morning staff are friendly and helpful.

They could at least leave a couple of teabags / coffee for guests to make a drink on arrival - they left one teabag and no milk. The carpet is past its best and should be renewed, but for the moment its just about serviceable. The evening staff are tolerably polite.

Quiet location.

Filthy pans in oven. Blinds broken in living room. Freezing cold on arrival, took staff over 30 minutes to get heating on. Hardly any cutlery (only 1 tea spoon, 1 desert spoon). Loose toilet seat.

Parking was terrific. Facilities such as shop and pubs close by. Easy access to city centre.

Single bedroom was too small to put a cot in.

Lots of room good set up

Wasn't any washing up liquid in a self catering apartment.

All in this house was great, well internet do not work really [but I had mine..so my advice is to take a dongle], The price reflects the service and the accomodation!well located, clean to the point, was cold outside and they warm the house for us, some bath samples, the bedrooms were well and nicely decorated and smell clean 15 of 10 I will recommend to everyone and I have to go to cambridge twice a month...now I now where to book and stay allways.

Is not that I didnt like...but the wifi wasnt work ...they should have a welkomme package book with all this information plus the internet password and how to connected propely.

Family friendly

I liked the apartment as it was clean and well looked after. It was quiet and the beds comfortable.

I think an information pack would be very useful providing places to visit / transport information. I wished to connect on the internet but I had not been provided with an code this could be included in the information pack. There was no hot water for a shower initially. It was later discovered that I had to activate the boiler in the kitchen. During our stay someone blocked the exit point so that we were unable to drive out from the rear of the property which caused anxiety as our son had a course booked on the Sunday morning and didnt want to be late. A sign advising other users of the apartments not to block the entrance may have helped.

Good comfy chairs, large TV, DVD Player, Sky, WiFi.

Bathroom was a little tired and some staining on the kitchen ceiling from water leaking from the bath/shower.

Comfortable, spacious, well appointed kitchen and a front garden, much nicer than a Band B

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Bereidwillig personeel.

Lag toch verder van het centrum af als ons was voorgesteld.

God plass, fint, grei beliggenhet (rett ved bussen som bruker ca. 7 min til sentrum), hadde en matbutikk og god pub på andre siden av gaten. Det var også tre soverom til seks personer som også var veldig greit.

Toalettene var ikke/dårlig vasket. Av kjøkkenutstyr var det kun en dårlig og falleferdig stekepanne, en tresleiv (ingen stekespader e.l.) og noen kjeler. Ikke noe oppvaskmiddel eller pulver, og litt frekke og lite behjelpelig personale. Ingen mulighet til å spille egen musikk på verken tv eller CD-spiller i leiligheten.

Het apartment had 2 slaapkamers maar 1 kamer was geschikt voor 2 personen. In de keuken was niet genoeg bestek (1 theelepel) De matras van het bed was zeer onconfortabel. De ligging van het apartment is in een industrieel gebied. Ik zal er niet meer boeken.

酒店设施很差，厨房比较脏。

Self catering with washing machine. Great location. Off road parking.

Filthy carpets, and rubbish under bigfurniture, all lamps either broken or no bulbs. All lights in house blindingly bright bulbs. Beer cans full of cigarette butts in front and back garden. Staff hopeless .

The apartments were perfect size for the four of us. We will definitely be returning in the future.

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartments.
