The location is ideal, staff were polite and room was very clean. It wasn't the best start having to wait about 15 mins before someone acknowledged the bells and raised voice, let alone check me in. Breakfast was included but only for a very limited time (8:30-9:00). The cleaners did come round each day, but if you're still in bed when they knock, they will not come back later that day and your room will not be cleaned. |

nothing, the lady that owned it was rude!!! Yes, the whole experience, im never going there again, no good customer service at all!!! There were big dogs that kept barking all night and we hardly slept at all during our stay. |

The rooms are simple, but very clean. The stuff is very friendly & the breakfast excellent. I have seen the kitchen :spot less! some guests came home late veyr loud, but I guess that's normal for newquay. |

Die Atmosphaere war entspannt und leger, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Tee und Kaffee-facility im Zimmer ist sehr praktisch, das Fruehstueck ausgiebig. Alles passt zum "jungen" Flair von Newquay. DasGebaeude ist hellhoerig, und auch schon ein wenig abgewohnt, aber zu diesem Preis scheint das normal zu sein, wie wir nach weiteren Hotelbekanntschaften in derselben Preiskategorie festgestellt haben. |
