It is a short walk from bars, clubs, restaurants, shops and beaches. Most of the light and airy rooms have sea or countryside views and an en suite bathroom. Some rooms have zip-and-link beds. Groups, and stag and hen parties are welcome. The restaurant is open for breakfast only, but a bar-snacks menu and daily specials are served from the bar area. Cassidy's Bar is licensed to the public until midnight (23:00 on Sundays), and a late bar is available to residents. There is also a pool table and a dart board to enjoy. The hotel was resonably clean and the staff were friendly and polite. The bed were uncomfortable. You could hear every noise around the hotel through the night.The hotel was mainly for hen and stag groups, men and women on a all lads or agairls weekend. We had a drunk man knocking on our door shouting let me in during the early hours of the night.

This hotel was overpriced and I would not recommend it to anyone. I understand this was a busy weekend but the hotel smelt damp and smoky, the walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbours who were up all night and taking drugs.

Newquay is an interesting and enjoyable town and we only spent a brief time there. The hotel seemed adequate, but the space was limited and perhaps more thought could be given to bathroom amenities.

the hotel was ok, but the people which run the hotel were great, spoke to her on the phone and she seemed to be very helpful and polite, and there was a bar in the hotel as well no complaints rally apart from when we came in from the nite out there was a man crashed out on the middle of the floor in reception, which i found was quiet funny
