Lovely B&B in a peaceful setting just a couple of miles from Sidmouth. Wonderful breakfast with an unusually wide range of choices. Comfy bed, large room, nice big shower. Liz is a wonderful host--very welcoming and helpful.

A working farm around 18 miles east of Exeter, it provides free parking and Wi-Fi, and has a garden with barbecue. Guest rooms have a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, alarm clock and tea and coffee facilities. Each has private bathrooms with a large shower and complementary toiletries. Looking for simple pleasure’s life, where you can relax and recharge your batteries, then visit us at Lower Pinn a flint farmhouse 2 miles west coastal resort Sidmouth on Jurassic coast, a 19th century-built flint farmhouse 2 miles west of the regency seaside resort of Sidmouth situated on the magnificent Jurassic coast and one mile to the east of the pretty village of Otterton. I have three comfortable spacious bedrooms all with en suite facilities large showers, wash basin & toilet and toiletries. The bedrooms are equipped with hot drink making facilities, colour tv, radio, shaver points, hair dryer, and central heating throughout. A fridge with fresh milk is provided also. Free Wi-Fi also provided. Start your day with a delicious breakfast served in the breakfast room with local produce when available.
The resorts of Sidmouth, Beer, Branscome, Seaton, Lyme Regis, Budliegh Salterton and Exmouth are nearby, also within easy reach of Exeter, National Trust Properties of Killerton or Knightshayes and A la Ronde. If you enjoy walking there are many coastal and countryside walks, with our fields extending to the South West coastal path. As are many good inns and restaurants for evening meals you are also welcome to sit on patio and have picnic and watch the Swallows swoop in and out of the barns or Walk across the fields and see the birds of prey with unsurpassed views along the coast and inland to Dartmoor.
