Location was fantastic! Rooms were clean and check in was most efficient.
Would have liked to have had a kettle in the room. Shared kitchen to use which we did not know about until we checked in; you need to take your own tea, coffee and milk .
The location was right next to Trafalgar Square, the room looked new and it was nice and clean; the bed was really comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The wifi connection was excellent!
The bathroom was small.
Staff extremely helpful and convenient location for all transportation and walking destinations.
carpet was very stained, worn and dirty in appearance. Otherwise, room was very clean.
Nice room Good facilities Good area Friendly staff
Location Value for Money Friendly Staff
It was close to my place of interest.
A small fridge would've been good to have. An option of a television or radio would've been ideal.
Location and friendly helpful stall
friendly staff, clean room, fresh towels everyday, excellent location, bus stop right in front of the residence, underground station 2 minutes walk, Playhouse theatre is 2 minutes walk, Sherlock Holms Pub is the next door neighbour, free coffee and tea and some basic stuff was provided in the kitchen
Kitchen smelled becuase the extractor fans weren't working, the other nearest kitchen was undergoing reinovations, which caused daytime noise..I'd say that was a temporary thing
This is student accommodation converted into motel if I wanted that I would have stayed at a hostel
wifi, friendly staff, value for money. This was my third stay, the location makes it for me, easy access to Central London. We be booking again
There is nothing not to like, you get what you pay for. I have stayed three times because of the location. If you want the ritz you'll have to pay for it
The location was perfect. It is right near Trafalgar square and close to many other major sights. Great value for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Bathroom was tiny. Shower curtain stuck to me while I was showering. Otherwise the room was good.
Location and staff !
Noisy room because of the Northumberland Avenue. Maybe rooms from the back are little noisy.
Convenience and location
A double bed for two people against the wall so you have to climb over the first person to get in and out.
The service is young, kind and helpful. The cleaning is very accurate. Comfortable bed. Good relation price/quality.
The WC is too small, which is a little uncomfortable
Location was fantastic couldn't of asked for more. The room was lovely clean and spacious. Couldn't fault LSE. Very suitable for young couple or a phone in fact. Close to everything! Will recommend to everyone and anyone
Little but of noise at night but that's to be expected in middle of the city!
The location was perfect for us and it was comfortable enough for us to sleep.
The state of the room, not including the bathroom and bed was poor. The walls were a bit grubby, carpet stained and had broken furniture... Even though we didn't need to use the draws they should have been in a usable state.
Convenient for all the Cenrtal London attractions.
They allowed me to check in a few hours early. Cozy accommodation.
The toiletries. The soap was pretty bad, very difficult to lather up.
Outstanding location, nice staff, access to a kitchen
The central location was fantastic for visiting Trafalgar Square, South Bank and London Eye. Palace of Westminster and Big Ben. The Mall and Whitehall. The Portrait Gallery. Shops including Tesco for breakfast foods etc and great restaurants for families. Rooms were a decent size, quiet and very comfy beds and pillows. The use of the fairly adequate kitchen and provision of free tea and coffee was a bonus. We had a quiet breakfast there.
Very hot room though fans were provided. Shower room was very tight but well equipped and shower was good. Sometimes the electronic keys were unable to work. Unfortunately there were major building works going on next door which was quite noisy late afternoon and could have been identified pre booking.
Good kitchen Location - you can almost see Nelson! Lovely building
Lightweight mattress Adequate but small en-suite
