Really close to several tube stations (I used Warren Street), convenient location and easy to find. The garden area was nice and the breakfast buffet was lovely. The staff were friendly and my room was comfortable. It was quiet at night.

Breakfast was very good, room was clean and tidy.

The shower on the top floor of Endsleigh would not work only cold water, needs a lift to get to 4th floor

    * Really close to a couple of tube tube stations & a walking distance from Oxford street & other attractions. * Breakfast is decent.

    * The room is very small. * A small bed of a pretty low quality. * Bathroom & toilet are in the hall & communal. * At the time we were there the place was under renovations. In short, not a fun deal but London is too expensive, so...

The staff were very helpful, breakfast was solid. Rooms really nice for university accommodation and the little things like soap and shampoo included were nice.

No tea or coffee facilities in room, maybe to be found elsewhere?

It was cheap and I was out for most of the stay so the negatives didn't really matter. The price is the only reason I'd recommend it but only if you're just using it as a place to sleep.

Grim rooms, a faint smell when you walk in, it was oppressively hot because you can only open the windows a couple of inches, shared bathroom - it was like being in a bedsit

Good breakfast included, though quality varied from day to day.

Extremely loud banging doors constantly, made it hard to sleep, even with earplugs. Some breakfast staff a bit rude.

I was pleased by the location and breakfast so much. It was a amazing experience to live in there. Breakfast was super which saved me a lot. Bathrooms was clean and individual. It was a nice trip.

Nope. If there should be one, I'd say do not forget to refresh the towel, please.:D

The staff are friendly and helpful. You could eat almost anything you wanted at breakfast, it was excellent. Location is perfect, very close to the British museum and Euston station.

Getting to our room was like walking into a labyrinth...so many doors and stairs, it was a maze. It took us more than 5 minutes to get to our room, once we learned the way. It was actually funny trying to get it right, but really annoying if you are tired and just want to get to your room and rest.

For London, great value for money. Location is very convenient (close to Russel Square tube station and close to Euston and St Pancras train stations). English breakfast was good.

The room was facing the street and was fairly noisy (luckily I had my earplugs with me).

Staff were very good and the facilities were excellent. I expected sound basic accommodation and that is what it was. Excellent breakfast too.

I was disturbed by noise both nights and had very little sleep. Not sure where the music was coming from but it was enough to keep me wide awake although it wasn't blaring. There was a set of 3 showers close to my room. 2 of these were smelly with hair and tissue paper in the shower tray. Offputting. On balance though I would still come to Passfield again though perhaps would try and get a much quieter room.

    - Ideal location, very close to Euston and Kingscross stations. - located in a quiet and safe area surrounded by university buildings, gardens and hotels - A wide range of options and plenty of time for breakfast

    - Very poor soundproofing in my room. Could hear very clearly a lot of banging noises from my next door neighbours, the one above my room stomping on the floor and other people slamming doors every evening.

Very quiet road, had a twin room on the second floor, so very spacious room for 1!

Information for visitors was lacking, have stayed in other Halls in London and they have provided useful info in the room which is always helpful when you check in late at night.
