Local night life food quality not too bad
beds so uncomfortable very noisy residents being given a room that someone else was already occupying given free coffee in room but not Tea Untidy staff Security overnight with headphones in was outside for 10 minutes before door was answered
-included breakfast -on bus line and few blocks from Tube -friendly staff who tried their best -able to have double room for teenage granddaughter and myself =quiet
-no wireless for most of visit -lumpy mattress -old worn linen -1 thin towel -window that wouldn't close during the first few days of visit in unseasonably cold weather -breakfast menu that never changed -not as cheap as one would expect
very good place, near to the angel station and to the bus stop to go to london center (picadilly circus ...), good welcoming and it's a clean hostel. The breakfast is good. A good price for a room in London.
noise for the room which are on the side street, some beds are bad.
It was so cheap for the centre of London and with a big cooked breakfast included!
The staff were grumpy and unfriendly.
The location,and the breakfast
good location, good breakfast, good value
Good buffet breakfast; clean bathroom facilities; own sink in room
Not close to the tube
not far from leicester square
have to walk a bit to tube
great place...not far to go to city center n leicester square...
have to walk a bit to tube...during raining
super location, short walk to Angel tube, gret breakfasts, really friendly place.
not a lot of hot water in shower, superlow water pressure
Great central location, fair sized room with all the facilities I needed, excellent internet connection, a good breakfast and adequate showers to rest my bones during the night and set me up for the next day ahead!
The woman on reception seemed more interested on whoever she was speaking to on the phone, or her own food, doing her nails (or whatever she was fiddling with) and wasn't the most attentive, though she did her job adequately.
Lovely location, clean rooms, plenty of breakfast and fab helpful staff, always pleasant and helpful. Excellent all round stay
The breakfast and staff helpfulness. Conveniently placed for us. The price!
It was too basic for us in terms of the rooms.
Good value for money, free luggage storage, breakfast included was large. Internet fairly easy to use. Our corridor was very quiet, only saw other people a couple of times. Would stay again
Not much floor space around beds
Good atmosphere and friendly comfortable place to stay. Perfect location for us and the opening times were very handy - an earlier check in time would have been welcomed, but the staff did offer to store our luggage. The breakfast was a surprise bonus with lots of choice from cooked to yogurt and pastry. Very enjoyable and we would definitely use the LSE again if we were in this part of London.
The beds were slightly old and lacked a bit of support although they were still comfortable enough.
ok location for King's Cross and Euston stations
no wifi from the room
A room at this rate in London is a real find. It felt like being a student again.
The cleanness of the general Hall, the common area and the very good breakfast
The poor bedding and extremely small room (dorm)
the price was cheap, although it wasn't like hotel, but the room was very basic and comfortable. For people just need some place to stay one night in London,it was very great.and the public shower was very clean and not just one can use. we even had a great breadfast for FREE,I think this place is very worthy.
the check out time was too early.
My friends and I had a great stay excellent value for money recommend to anyone
Price and location.
Images on their site were very misleading. I was left with the impression, that it is a hotel, or hotel-like, while in fact it happened to be more like dorm, with respective casualties.
Great location, and quite cheap for having my own room.
It is pretty much a student dormitory so very few facilities besides bed and towels.
Ideal for cheap short stay, rooms clean, beds comfy. Free breakfast was nice. No complaints from me what so ever, would definitely recommend.
Shared bathroom, but only a slight issue.
Excellent value for money
Very convenience and helpful staff. Great value for money.
