It is sad that this guest house is affected by loud noise until 2a.m. from a pub nearby.

Family room far to small if you had children Coffee making ,kettle sitting on the window seal with cable hanging very unsafe if you have children as this was a family room Not value for money at all

Excellent location. Good value for money.

A clean and tidy guesthouse which is ideally located within the city and only a short walk from the train station.

Cannot fault this guest house, I traveled up to Shrewsbury by train from South Wales to attend a wedding at Rowton castle, the guest house was only 2 minutes walk from the station.They also booked a local taxi for me to go to the wedding reception that evening.

It was very close to the train station and centrally located within town.

The light could have been brighter in my room because it had a sloped roof that cut off some of the light.

Would have liked there to be more advice on where to see and eat.

small servings at breakfast. just generally old and in parts a bit jaded. Curtains pretty but gave no protection from light or street lamps.

Centrally located, very clean and well maintained, excellent breakfast served quickly. Ideal for business.

Unfortunately the sink in my room was blocked.

Many positives - the location was spotlessly clean, the room had good views, room was nice and warm, and very comfortable; owner was very friendly - overall a very enjoyable stay

No dislikes, room will probably need a new carpet, and skirting board painted, in the foreseeable future - didn't affect my stay but music from nearbye pub/club may affect some

Room was very comfortable with en suite, clean and staff couldn't be more helpful. The filling breakfast started off the day very well. Perfect location for the Shrewsbury Archives just across the street, and just a few minutes walk from the railway station.

Room was clean and pleasant.

Parking is scarce. Had to park about a mile away. No advice/help given.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though we had a shared bathroom it was always clean. The location was quite good as well being near the centre and train station.

Although the location was quite good it was facing a busy road and next to a pub that was playing music late.

Cheap, comfy and convenient for city. Four doors from club we were visiting!

Surly girl at reception, breakfast charged extra despite saying it was included on receipt. Left too early anyway.

Receptionist very helpful and friendly, room clean and modern, good en suite facility. Shrewsbury impressive.

Didn't enjoy the breakfast and no there was no communal lounge area.

Lo que mas me gustó la cama,muy comoda,que tiene wifi,el aseo,ducha,el desayuno y el personal que trabaja allí.

Very good location right by the train station and within walking distance of the shops. Very comfortable room and good wifi access.

Central location close to railway station.

Very small, tatty room. The shared WC is between 5/6 rooms and is too small with toilet right next to small show cubicle, tiny sink and mirror - difficult to use as a bathroom.
