the location was superb with good sea views and plenty of walks along the cliffs. the room was cramped and the breakfast was well below the standard expected from this class of hotel. |

Location. clean room. Friendliness of staff. Not sure who was in charge. Staff tried hard individually but sometimes lacking in direction. Internet facility not working. Tried to overcharge on bill by more than £100. |

It has a unique and relaxed atmosphere, and the staff were always helpful and attentive We were in an annex, and the could clearly hear every movement in the room above us |

Wonderful position overlooking beautiful small harbour; also excellent for coastal walking. Very good breakfast. Evening meal overpriced - quality didn`t come up to expectations |

Loved the location and the views, the real fire in the lounge added a lovely feel to it in the evening and probably made it for me. The bedroom was small but very comfortable with all necessary trimmings. The library is a nice touch and in the summer the outside seating arrangements look perfect. The hotel was beginning to look a little shabby around the edges. If you want to keep it in with the 'Top Hotels' then it needs tidying up. Our bath pannel was stuck on badly and falling apart with the caulking hanging off. A few holes in walls and ceilings around the hotel need attending to. The T.V/DVD player wasn't working well, possibly the DVD, not important to us. |

the peace and tranqility and the location of the hotel I found it a bit pricey in the restaurant and also the hotel staff seemed a littlle inexperienced. Need to have soft music playing in restaurant to break up awkward silence |

Often older properties have problems. This did not and has been well maintained. But do need to watch out for low ceilings and doorways. Breakfast was good and would cover most tastes. Views from the dining room of cove attractive. Bar prices a little too high. |

Food excellent, staff friendly, helpful. Small details - no toilet roll or holder in bathroom, bathroom in need of some maintenance. toiletries not topped up during stay. |

The hotel is very comfortably furnished. It is in a beautiful, quiet location. The staff were very friendly. The food was excellent. There seem to be a lot of staff (which you feel you are paying for), but they don't communicate well with each other and work efficiently. E.G. someone else's luggage had been put in our room. Our booking for dinner on the first evening was not entered in the correct place, so that we were delayed by one hour. |

Centrally situated for harbour, town centre and beaches. Excellent cuisine and extremely comfortable en suite rooms. A small hotel overlooking the beautiful Kimberley Park. |
Falmouth's leading 4-star hotel occupies an unrivalled seafront setting, just metres from sandy beaches and the town centre. |
From our country house hotel by the sea, the only thing we overlook is the bay. Our spectacular clifftop location offers a 180 degree sea view over Carlyon Bay. |
This spacious, modern property is situated in the peaceful rural village of Probus, central for touring Cornwall, and ideal for short or long stays. |
