Lovely welcome from the owners. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Try not to eat anything after 3pm as the breakfasts are huge and delicious! The owner is incredibly tall, and I think he put up the mirrors- I could just about see my forehead on tiptoes! Would stay there again, 30 second walk to beach, 8 min walk (down hill) to town.

We were made very welcome on arrival and felt able to relax straight- a-way into our holiday. The room was extremely comfortable and had everything you might need. Breakfast selection was good and nicely presented. Staff were friendly and attentive. Easy walk to beach or town.

Lovely location - just up from the beach and a great designer cafe at the bottom of the road. Comfortable beds and very very clean. The rooms cleaned daily. Fantastic power type shower. Great staff - the ladies serving breakfast were helpful and friendly, offering good advice on where to go.

The initial welcome was a bit much - you are told everything in a rush when you are tired and just want to get to your room and relax. You are immediately asked what you want for breakfast, which is not really on your mind at the time. (These are minor points - it was a lovely stay and we will go back.)

Very friendly welcome even though we arrived early. Good recommendation on where to eat that night. Lovely comfy room, recently refurbished, tea & coffe etc in room. Lovely central location. Attentive staff and great breakfast. We really enjoyed our brief stay

warm and friendly with excellent hosts and facilities. breakfast was excellent and room very comfortable. position of hotel close to beach and only few minutes walk to town centre. would definately stay here again when visiting Falmouth.

The owners were very good friendly could not do enough for you. The room was lovely plenty of tea coffee and hot chocolate and room was spotless would recomend any body to stay there

We (3 friends) travelled to Falmouth for a gig and the family room was ideal for what we needed. The location was perfect for the Princess Pavilion and also for visiting the town. Jane (owner) was extremely friendly and provided us with fresh coffee in the lounge on arrival, which was lovely. We were given keys to our room and the main house door so we could come and go as we pleased. The price was reasonable and the room suited us perfectly. The cooked breakfast was also very good. Would definitely use again on future visits to Falmouth.

Good to get a family room but we would have preferred 5ft bed and larger shower room (basin was in bedroom not shower room).

We liked everthing - the welcome, the owners, our room, breakfast, the charming waitresses and the hotel's position.
