Everything was great: staff, breakfast, location. There was supposed to be only English breakfast but in fact they had also continental (croissants, cheese etc.) which is very convenient for overseas visitors. |

The bed was so comfortable that I thought I was sleeping in my own bed. The breakfast was brilliant and they provided an excellent choice. I would not hesitate in booking in again in the future. The door locks were a little difficult to work. |

We Had a lovely welcome, and were given a tray of coffee and biscuits on arrival; which was greatly appreciated afer our journey to the hotel. Our room was lovely with lots of little personal touchs. There were fully stacked book cases outside on the landings with many books thatbI'd love to have got my teeth into had our stay been longer. |

The attention to detail and the overall cleanliness was exceptional. We were greeted with a pot of fresh tea and all facilities were working fully. The staff were friendly and helpful but not "over the top". We are glad we stayed there. |

It was a fantastic place to stay and Pam was terrific with her knowledge and advice on the area with things and trips to do. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to any one wanting to stay in Cornwall. |

The owner and staff were very attentive and friendly. Everything was exceptionally clean. The bed could have been a few inches longer for my personal comfort, and the shower would be better for having stronger water pressure. |

Absolutely great location, literally down the road from the sea and beach, and 5-10 mins walk from the town centre. Freindly welcome. Clean room, lots of information of local attractions available. Thin walls and a very low powered shower. |
