La proximité de la plage. Très bonne situation pour visiter toute la partie ouest de la Cornouailles ainsi que la petite ville si charmante de Saint Mawes. L'accueil suivi d'un thé servi dans le confortable salon de réception.Le personnel chargé su service du petit-déjeuner très aimable. La literie. |

The room was lovely and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We will definitely stay there again.We went to visit my son at university in Falmouth and it was perfect for this. Also it's only a short walk from town with plenty of parking in the hotel grounds so we could leave the car and walk. |

Cosy and comfortable set-up. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, perfect full english, grapefruit juice, muesli and all with friendly service. A perfectly pleasant place to get your head down. |

The owners are fantastic, very helpful and attentive. The hotel was very quiet, run in family atmosphere. We were given advice what was worth seeing, which restaurants are best and so on. Breakfasts in the hotel are very tasty! |

The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful The couple in the next room who kept me awake most of the night with their loud snoring. This is not a complaint - just an observation. Maybe move the beds on to opposite walls. The walls in our bedroom were almost vibrating with the noise! |

The welcome from owner was warm The person serving breakfast was not very useful waited 35mins for cooked breakfast and people who came much later were served before us with cooked.think we had been forgotten but knowone acknowledge this.Asker for toast while waiting that took 10mins.Made me late for an appointment |

The lounge is comfortable and has a pretty terrace. It was possible to order wine in the evening in the lounge and tea was offered when we arrived. The owners were helpful with local directions. Breakfast was good and they were happy to bring me tea as well as coffee! Breakfast a bit late for my preference but they said they are happy to make arrangements for business people. The duvet was a bit skimpy for my personal taste - but this is nit-picking. |

Quiet and comfortable, nice room and comfortable bed. Breakfast staff very jolly, breakfast excellent. Has the feel of a "tighly run ship". Dark interior austere in places, with strange things hanging on the walls and deeply coloured carpets, eccentric rather than sinister. But comfortable and warm. |

Facilities were superb, extremely comfortable bed - like sleeping on a cloud. Spotless room. Staff were happy to cater for every need and there is a great tailored cooked breakfast. Thanks for having us. |

Friendly and accommodating staff, no issues with check in time and breakfast starting at 7.30am good if working. Very clean and quiet with good breakfast. Electric shower a bit weak but otherwise very good all round. |

There was a friendly welcome from Pam the owner, coffee in the lounge and an information pack in the room. All staff were very friendly - a good stay all round. The car park was a bit cramped |

Very friendly owners who made us a nice pot of tea on arrival, very nice room, spotlessly clean, excellent location 5 minutes walk from the beach and ten minutes walk from the centre, breakfast was very nice. No negatives, i do not think you could do any better for the price. |

Owner greeted promptly and provided welcoming tray of tea - much appreciated. Staff at breakfast superb, friendly and efficient and fry up first class! Not owners fault but walls appeared a little thin and noise traveled - talking and loud plumbing noises early hours of the morning (2am!) - presumably guests returning late and showering! |
