The hotel staff were very welcoming, a fantastic budget hotel, very clean and an excellent breakfast. A big plus is the fact that despite being v close to central london it is very quiet at night enabling you to sleep! |

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff are so welcoming, they went well beyond the services you expect helping us map out where to visit and how to get there, making toast soldiers for one of our boys and arranging a doctor when another boy became ill. It was like staying in a family home in all the best ways. It is a short walk from Victoria station so we could get anywhere so easily and the number 24 bus which stops outside the door is a tour in itself. Simple rooms but spotless and comfortable. The room at the back of the hotel was very quiet too. Wonderful stay. Will be back for sure. We have nothing to criticize here. As in all of Europe the rooms are small but have everything you need. Yes, the bathrooms are tiny but are spotless clean and have good hot pressured showers. Small rooms are the norm so no complaints. |

I was impressed by the meticulous cleanliness of the hotel, and the genuine desire of the owners and staff that their clients enjoy the best possible stay. The location is an ideal base for exploring London. For the reaonably mobile it is within walking distance of major tourist attractions, like Buckingham Palace, Westminster Cathedral and many more. For others, a bus route into the heart of the West End stops right outside the hotel door. |

The charming surroundings and friendliness of the staff. Also the unique look and feel of the hotel. The stairs were a bit of a problem with our luggage. |

This was our second stay at the Luna and Simone hotel. The location is fantastic for seeing all the sights of London. The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are very helpful. I will always use this hotel on my visits to London because i do not think you can do better for location and price. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well presented as was the rest of the hotel. We would recommend this hotel to others but tell them to request a room on the first floor. We were put in a room on the top floor, many, many stairs as there was no lift, this was awful. The breakfast was minimal and not up to the standard we had experienced in other places in the uk. |

My friends and daughters enjoyed staying at the hotel as it is so central and near to Pimblico and Victoria underground stations. The owners and staff are very helpful and very nice to all the guests there and the area is just so quiet and peaceful that you get a great rest there. |

Really comfortable bed and a good looking exterior to the hotel. Breakfast option was a bit limited. Only served beans, egg and bacon on the English part but it was very tasty. |

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and considering the size, well equipped. The location is good for sightseeing, walking distance to Victoria and Pimlico stations. The quiet, residential area is lovely. No lift, you may have to drag your luggage up several flights of very narrow stairs. The rooms are very small, typical of budget London hotels. Breakfast is adequate, but not generous. The rate of about $200 US a night is a bit much for what is really more hostel than hotel. |
