Wonderful staff.

The hotel is very well renovated and is very clean. Staff give a warm welcome and the breakfast staff provide a fantastic service. Plasma TV with Freeview channells.Would be happy to stay there again if on a city break in the future.

Minor thing really - no lift (stairs to upper floors may not be to others liking).

breakfast was too early. 07.00- 08.30.

The location was good as my husband had an early train from Victoria Rail station. The room was newly renovated and was excellent and the bathroom was new and spotlessly clean. I was very happy about my choice of hotel. The staff were all very friendly and when I called to change from twin to double there was no problem and no extra charge. My husband had to leave before breakfast so reception packed him a yogurt and banana to take with him. Very happy with my stay.

Breakfast was a dissappointment down in the basement room. Everything was fresh but very sterile environment. Perhaps a small self serve area with cereal and juice would be more welcoming. Staff were very friendly and offered more as I only had one egg on toast with a coffee and at the next table a small child received extra coco pops. Just a bit more atmospere at breakfast would enhance the whole experience of the stay at the hotel. I am also a light sleeper and being in room 8 on the road side was a little noisy due to traffic.

Good location close to Victoria Station. Efficient and friendly check-in and it was good to be able to leave bags at reception upon check-out to pick up later.

Limited choice at breakfast - why not orange juice and cornflakes? Room rather cramped - I think it would be impossible to sit at the desk without sitting on the bed. While it was fine for just one night, I think if I was staying longer I'd want something a bit more comfortable. For what it was, it was very expensive.

Everything was lovely, the staff, breakfast, cleanliness. I had the best nights sleep too, very comfy beds.

Some would find that having no lift was a problem. However, we were on the first floor so we were absolutely fine and so cannot fault our stay.

The location is perfect, in between Victoria and Pimlico Underground Stations. Nearby are eateries of all sorts, all good. The Tate is within walking distance, as is Buckingham Palace and environs. The hotel is super clean. The staff is more than helpful and all made suggestions than we never would have known about. A filling breakfast in the morning set us up for the day. Our stay was all the better for Luna & Simone. I cannot think about anything I would have changed.

On arrival at 6.30 am it was no trouble for the hotel to keep my case until check in time. When I checked in my bag was carried up to my room for me - that was a lovely touch. The room was large and totally spotless with a lovely modern shower room. The breakfast the next morning was really nice and again the staff were very welcoming and helpful. After I checked out, again it was no trouble for them to keep my case until I was leaving late that night from Victoria Coach Station. The hotel is in an excellent location for both the coach and train stations. I am a frequent traveller to London and I will certainly be returning to this hotel!

Rooms and bathroom very small. Not to good for elderly and disabled as there did not have a lift.
