Very friendly staff and lovely outdoor breakfast area. Plenty of parking. Within walking distance of Rusholme famous Curry Mile and 5 mins bus ride to city centre. The shower in my room was not working and the toilet was not very clean. |

Simple & clean & ideal for a short stay.I found it quiet & quite peaxeful. You did not stock/sell any Martin Luther King memorabilia.Eg a CD of his speeches or a paperback of his life as a souvenir. |

The food was good and reasonably priced. Room was simple but comfortable with enough tea and coffee supplied to suit me. Very good value for what I paid and extremely convenient for my business. |

The breakfast was okay The toilet system was really outdated, the window in the room i stayed was broken it couldn't open which was not good as it was summer and the room was stuffy, also the heater in the room was also broken. When i was checking out the hotel staff insisted that i was still owing even though i paid with my card on the day i arrived and showed him a receipt to prove this and it took another 10 minutes for him to sort this out and admit that he had made a mistake. Also, even tho the breakfast was nice there wasn't that much variety and the croissant were really dry and hard. Overall its a nice hotel stayed there before and had a really nice time and didn't have any of these problem so guess they have good and bad days, would still recommend them as they are very cheap and most of their staff are okay. |

It can be a very civilized experience. The lounge is quiet. There is a very peaceful quadrangle. The rooms vary enormously. I have stayed three times. The first time I was allocated room 212 and this was a really pleasant experience. The room is like an en-suite hall of residence room. Room 212 appears to have been refurbished recently. The second time I was allocated room 402. This was very similar to 212 but not as recently refurbished. As such, it was a bit more "tired". |

The surroindings/gardens/breakfast My WC blocked and the shower blocked and this leaked into the reception below, and I learned that the room had had the same problem 2/3 months prior, |
