Comfortable stay, nice clean room affordable room Staff in the restaurant that was attached to the hotel were awful! Took 30 mnutes average waiting time to get served at the bar both young girls serving at the were unfriendly and incompetent that simply couldnt be bothered being there! we were in a good mood as it was the first night of our holidays until we went in there for dinner! |

Friendly staff and clean bathroom. If I wanted to be picky, the lift is on the slow side of things. |

The convenience to Luton Airport. Being woke up during the night by rowdy fellow residents. |

Check in was a bit slow as there was only one staff member. However she was very friendly and did recommend the auto check in which is excellent if you have the proper booking ref. We had a great stay and I will def stay in Premier Inns again! |

Convenient location for our onward journey from Luton airport, comfortable, quiet and air condition room We pre booked a family room (2 adults, 1 child), when we arrived late in the evening the occasional bed was not made and there was no bedding for it, our daughter had to wait 20 mins before she could get into bed. As this was the first day of our holiday we didn't let it bother us to much. |

Close to Luton Airport parkway rail station (walking distance) with its bus to the airport. However allow extra time for morning traffic. Hotel was clean and quiet, restaurant across the road perfect for a quick getaway Shuttle to airport would be great |

The staff were extremely friendly and informative, yet werent 'in your face' and gave you the space and freedom to come and go as you liked. The room was exceptionally clean as well. Only that the corridors were very stuffy and the doors a little hard to manouveur through with heavy luggage. |

Helpful staff, both at the hotel and adjacent restaurant. Comfortable room, with flatscreen TV + freeview. Although handy proximity to the airport, the double glazing was still not quite up to the job re. aeroplane noise. |

The receptionist Jim was informed, efficient, helpful and showed a sense of humour. He should be the manager. The other receptionist was also very pleasant and helpful but we had less contact with him. |

My arrival flight was nearly 3 hours earlier than the check in time but my room was available and they allowed me to check in which was a huge help. The room was immaculate, stylish and comfortable. |

close to trainstation, close to Luton airport, close to smaller shopping mall suitable for shorter stays only, otherwise the breakfast would be a bit boring, a lot of airplanes |
