Clean bathroom and full equipped kithenette.
Really close to the City center and the Train Station. Staff really friendly and really clean room! Will come back for sure!
Too much noise from the others guests! Heating not that warm... But.. I discovered an extra blanket the night later in the wardrobe.. so at the end my journey was nice and pleasent!
Able to have cooking facilities certainly cut costs.
- All members of staff were very helpful, polite and did everything possible to make our stay as good as possible. - Having a small kitchenette in the room. - Our room was refurbished (not sure whether this is the case for all rooms though)
Not very inpressive
wifi didn't work. Maybe it was my fault.
Staff was very helpful even changed my room to give me a ground floor room because I was staying with a baby. Very close to airport so convenient for early flights
Thanks for any details and extra help...
Bed wasnt so good...
Close to the airport, small and clean
cold room, old fashioned water pipes, oily breakfast
nice budget hotel.quite handy to have that kitchenette so you can make your own breakfast or even supper.helpful staff.
I dont like blankets but room was warm enough to sleep just under bedsheet.
Hard to find and parking expensive to say it was parking in a garage full of rubbish . Room was cold and heater did not work and view awful as was gardens full of junk .
City centre location, free wifi, kitchenette, clean fresh bed linen, clean room and very pleasant desk staff.
Staff were quite friendly & helpful
- Windows didn't close properly, with a very noisy street outside - Ancient cheap spring mattress in serious need of replacement - Uncomfortable bedsheets & blankets - Faulty bedside lighting - Shower attachment faulty, so had to hold showerhead whilst showering - General state of uncleanliness in room - Folding table had fault legs - Intermittent internet access
Very nice people at the reception.
staff courtesy, quietness, shops nearby. Off street carpark for a fee
by the time we put our luggage in the room there was little room to move. The bathroom likewise was small. Overall though we were glad to spend a night there.
The staff was phenomenal, both evening and morning shifts. En-suite kitchenette adds practicality.
Some of the rooms are located on the 2nd or 3rd floor with a very narrow staircase and no lift. Quite a pain if you have to carry heavy luggage, although the staff is willing to help.
Good central location, convenient for shopping and airport.
Room was tiny.
Noise. Building work next door to our terrace room until 10pm. Party next door until 5am. Terrible as staff acknowledged both complaints but unable to stop either.
The central location was good, the price was reasonable and the rooms were comfortable enough. You get what you pay for.
The room should have been cleaner especially the toilet brush. We were located in a separate building and the traffic noise is very high. For a one night stay it is good value, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer.
Location & Price
The room was quite small and old fashined
As a vegetarian, it's good to have a kitchenette.
Loud talking in courtyard early in the morning.
