The Friendly Staff and the way the rooms were some comfortable and very very clean.Also so close the the shopping Mall.

Friendly staff, close to the airport, basic but good room.

Very thin wall, could hear people talking next door all night. The hot water in the shower was taking long time to warm up.

Not much to like here. Hidden charges, no soap, noisy, poorly designed etc Not a good hotel and works out more expensive than some local 3 star hotels.

The hotel staff are nice and the bed is comfortable.

The room stank of cigarette smoke, the manager said that some rooms needed to allow people to smoke, even though there was no smoking signs all over the hotel. The kettle was temperamental in its functioning. We were woken at two by a couple entering, banging doors and shouting. Then kept awake by their love making. Then awake again at four by more of this couples lovemaking, some things should be private. Then you have to walk down the road to give the key back to the reception, the rooms are not part of the main hotel.

Onvenient and pleasent, STaff were very good. Good value for money.

Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Staff were at all times courteous and helpful. Hotel was central to Luton and ideal for transport links to Airport and London.

Noisy plumbing but staff were very concerned and were to call in an engineer the following day.

Very cold in bath room because of the direct ventilation from the street. Couldn't connect my laptop to wi-fi network in the hotel .

Room very small, hardly room for luggage

The fact that it is strategically located in very good proximity to the city centre and the train station. Also, the rooms were clean. Good value for money if you are on a budget

The heating in the room did not work and it was very cold. Even after It was brought to the attention of the staff on duty who promised to "Turn up the heating" it still did not pick up. The staf were not that friendly and the house keeping staff spoke very poor English which made it impossible to communicate with them.

We stayed for 2 nights over Christmas weekend while waiting for our flights from Luton Airport. It costs us 9 quid in a taxi to get from the hotel to the airport and it takes 10 mins max. There was nothing much to do around Luton area at that time of stay, but the room was equipped with a proper kitchen for us to cook sth simple and filling, as well as a decent range of tv channels for us to kill time before our flights. The room was very clean and the toilet looks luxurious and the hotel owner made a good effort on the hotel's interior. Really loved our stay!

My stay at the luton hotel residence was excellent, the hotel was only steps away from luton town centre,shops restaurants and pubs.the hotel had self catering facilitys which saved us from eating out and saved money.

The only complaint was the room had no frying pan which was needed to cook our breakfast,everything else was excellent.
