Vriendelijk personeel, hulpvaardig. keukenunit en selfservice is handig als je het wilt gebruiken. kleine kamer, badkamer kan schoner, waren schimmelplekken te zien in de douche en op de kamer. |

Nothing special, maybe just that the room was pretty clean and being rather close to Luton airport. The room was very cold when we arrived there and the heating (the heating was not on until we arrived there). The heating was insufficient for warming up the room during the night. In addition, there was no heating in the bathroom, taking a comfortable shower was very difficult. Maybe a bit less important, we were at the 2nd floor without elevator, a heavy luggage is rather difficult to carry... |

All receptionists I dealt with at the hotel were cheerful, friendly and informative. As noted in many other reviews, the reception staff are the undoubted highlight of the hotel. I chose the hotel because it is relatively close to the airport (£7 in a taxi) so the location is good in that respect. Even though I didnt use it, the kitchenette in the room would be very useful although there isnt a lot of space to eat anything you might prepare. Reception on the TV was very poor to the point of being unwatchable. That needs to be remedied. |

My room was simple and functional and very clean and tidy( unlike a hotel De Parys in Bedford which I would not wish on my worst enemy). Anita, who was on reception when we arrived, could not have been more pleasant or helpful. |

I was in Luton on Business. For the cost The Luton Hotel Residence was well located near the town centre, the staff are lovely and I felt really welcomed, I had a nice clean bathroom, kitchenette, Wi-Fi, a SataliteTV with DVD player. I have booked again to stay next week!! As I was on business I only used the hotel between 6pm and 8am when parking was OK. The desk and chair arrangement was cramped so it did make it awkward to set up a laptop comfortably. I'm taking a small fold up table with me next week. |

The staff alone would make me come back here. Very helpful and nice. The hotel itself is very private and quiet. It would be worth recommending even if it would be expensive (which it isn't). I had a clean room on street level - certainly big enough for me, for one night. Taxis from the airport cost 6 pounds - well worth to put some distance between you and the runways. The street has almost no traffic at night. |

The receptionist was pleasant and helpful Part of the building stank from renovations being done. The rooms were small, the facilities poor, there no place to eat food that could be prepared in the room. |

The hotel staff was great. Very helpful and nice. I also liked the fact that I could buy and cook my own food in my room.It had everything I need and hat makes you save money. A little bit noisy. |

Staff were extremely helpful, kind and professional. I was up at 3:00 to catch a flight from the airport, and there was someone available to cheerfully book the taxi and make small talk till the taxi arrived. Great people! |

Close to the train station for airport, friendly, good to have the small kitchen, very comfortable bed Did not like the immediate neighbourhood at night. As my room adjoined a small patio for smokers after the pubs closed some guests were their smoking and drinking until 1 am and I had to get up early for my train |

very nice room for the price, nice relatively quiet outside area with seating away from the busy street i had minor difficulty making a cup of tea due to the way the kettle plug was moulded and the closeness of a shelf directly underneath the wall socket - i ended up having to use a different socket with the kettle placed on the floor - this was however only a very minor issue |

I liked leaving and closing the door behind me. No lift and very difficult to get my 25kg suitcase up the very narow stairs, plaster on the walls, a tiny shower which unless I was a supermodel I'd have a hard time getting into, lamp didn't work, asked for a smoking room but given a non-smoking room (but after all my travel and irritable mood I didn't give a damn and smoked anyway... |

The small kitchen in the room was excellant, well equipped with everything thought of. The whole hotel had wifi which was really helpful. The wall were very thin and so I was awoken three times by other guests arriving or moving about their rooms. Also there was no parking and no information on near by car parks. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The first room we were put in was damp, there was only one blanket on the bed, on one of the coldest nights of the year, the remote control didnt work. However, the hotel upgraded us the next morning but I would not stay here again. |

dans l' ensemble chambre confortable et propres mais tres petite . interressante car poossibilité de se faire un peu de cuisine mais pas de chaise et de table pour manger à deux pas de chaise, la télé ne fonctionnait pas ou nous n' avons pas su la mettre en marche mais pour une nuit nous n' avons rien dit. aeration tres petite et odeur de cuisines précedent notre arrivée assez tenaces |
