Staff very friendly and helpful Monday morning came down for breakfast. No staff in breakfast room or on reception waited for 20min still no staff. Had to go to work with no breakfast??? Not very good realy!!!!!

The Lymm Hotel was clean and well presented... I had a very pleasant stay. Meals in the Bar area were not expensive and the food was good. The ambience/atmosphere in the bar area may be a little too 'stiff' for me personally... I quite like making conversation with the staff, I'm that kind of person, but they seemed a little reserved... but very polite and efficient. I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The rom was good and clean. Breakfast was excelent plenty of choice and well served. The hotel is well placed for Lymm village which has plenty of places to eat. The restaurant was expensive - we didn't eat there.

The location. The breakfast and staff. We were in the annexe and it was lovely and quiet despite there being weddings ie discos and late bar. With 2 suitcases the room space was a little cramped. Coming in from the front entrance - was a little strange to try and locate the reception area.

It is a comfortable and clean hotel in a lovely area of Cheshire The hotel messed up my booking and the initial response was very poor. Subsequently I was contacted and offered a complimentary stay which was a good response. However the staff on duty could have been more pro-active.

Staff and service were very good, food is well presented unfortunately the hotel is Tired and dated still residing in the 1980's the surrounding walking areas of the hotel are dangerous, paving is loose and a hazard for the elderly Dated, want to go back to the 1980's then this is the place be careful of the loose paving around the hotel

The fact it has no noisy lifts so at night it was peaceful and quiet. Thought the menu was good but very expensive considering the food was fairly basic and the portions were small.

Food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner superb! Bathroom fixtures and fittings were in need of updating. Towel rail hanging off wall, sink and bath old and looked rather tired.

the rooms where all very well presented and clean all services as expected used for overnight stay for wedding at another hotel peacefull surroundings and a good nights sleep also able to open window in room an advantage as not usual at many hotels excellent value for money
