nothing you should not clasify this as an hotel not one room ensuite the room that i payed for as a double was really a single as you have a bed in the room which is a 5ft and the width of the room is 7 ft it does not constitute a double room wanted to check out but they have a 3 day cacellation policy not just i use your company often you should seriously inspect this premises and i cac... everything it brings your company into question |

The location is fantastic easy access to Edinburgh and really good bars and restaurants nearby. Friendly family run hotel. The price was a bit steep considering no ensuite facilities, breakfast only served 8 -9, and only one portable heater in our rooms. |

The worst about the hotel was a room in the basement right next to the laundry room. The heat and noise was to much!!! And when we asked could we be moved the owner told us no even though I booked the hotel eight months ago!!! |

The owners were amazing and very helpful...top class! Again, I may have missed reading the fact that the rooms were not ensuite. I hate getting dressed to make a potty run in the middle of the night. (Grin) |

The hotelier was so friendly and helpful. The costs for the seasonal week were good and it was so near Princes Street I would have preferred ensuite facilities |

Die Lage und das Flair dieses kleinen Familienhotels sind einfach kaum zu überbieten. Wer es luxoriös haben muss ist hier falsch - dafür ist es mit dem aus dem 19. Jahrhundert stammenden Baustil (Stuckdecken, dicke Mauern, Erker und Steinmauergarten) absolut Edinburgh- typisch. |

Lo que más me ha gustado es el desayuno. Tiene una gran variedad y el personal es muy atento. Las habitaciones son enormes de techos altos pero con poco epacio. |
