The lady who runs the hotel is lovely and extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was fine and it's out of the way and very quiet.

Room was clean, shower good, bed comfortable.

Hardly room to stand between bed & walls. Stairs very steep. Breakfast however was a disappointment. Only offered croissant or toast. Others git egg & bacon sandwich! (was it me?) No evening food or bar. Not very good value for.money.

Exceptionally welcoming though relaxed atmosphere. Excellent breakfast with home-cooked breads and cakes.

Friendly staff and lovely building and location. Great price for the area!

Decor is a bit tired, hard to find the first time.

Magnificent home cooked pastries & home made yoghurt that was a great start to the day. Arti was an excellent and friendly host that made this last minute selection worthwhile.

Very small shower room with no room to get changed and nowhere to put toilet bags etc. no hairdryer

The hygiene standards were exemplary. The homemade breakfast was stunning. Homemade breads and check out the homemade yoghurt. Great lounge area

Welcoming accommodating staff who are happy to help. Clean comfortable warm room with everything we needed for a short stay and lovely hot powerful shower. Good breakfast with the best heated croissants we've ever had. We'd happily stay again.

Both of us thought the shower cubical was a little small but we understood why it was.

Friendly welcome by the owners, very clean room with a big bed - actually 2 singles pushed together. Excellent location to Ascot races in a quiet road.

Strange breakfast choices with no cooked option included in the not so cheap price. A bacon sandwich is an extra £4!! The room although very clean and perfectly usable could do with a little updating - the shower was a mystery to work out how to get hot with it having to be turned up to fire hose pressure to achieve warmth. All in all a pleasant enough nights stay but felt slightly cheated with the value for money.

Friendly owners, great breakfasts, close toAscot racecourse, value for money.

Very friendly couple running, good breakfast. Rooms are quite small but has everything you need and are comfortable and not an issue as we only sleep in the room. We stayed for ascot races and location was excellent for that as the course was walking distance and far enough away to be quiet and away from the crowds, also some lovely country pubs local.
