For the price you just can't go wrong !! - Mike and Steve (I think that were the names) looked after us brilliantly.Very close to all the nightlife but on a very quiet street and although there was no parking outside there was a car park next street at only £1.50 for 12 hours !! wi-fi worked brilliantly and very comfy beds with 2 pillows each and with tea making facilities (with decent sized mugs - not the usual 2 sip and it's empty cups you usually find) and a small plasma tv in the room.Lovely breakfast.Shower took a min or 2 to warm up (I thought there was no hot water at 1st) but no matter what time of day or night we used it it got lovely and hot.My next trip to Blackpool would I return ? - definetly !! Nothing really - was ok for us but only a suggestion is perhaps make breakfast time longer than 9.00 - 9.30 to cater for families or slower guests ?? (maybe 8.30 - 9.30 ??)

Cannot speak to highly of the Lynmar, made to feel at home from the moment we walked through the door. Room was comfortable, breakfast was excellent. I would happily recommend to friends, family and anyone else wishing to stay in Blackpool.
