The owner was lovely very frendly and nothing was a bother to her. Plenty of tea and coffee in the rooms, rooms kept very clean. The rooms where a bit dated could do with brightening up,

The location is excellent: in the centre with a view on the Atlantic ocean. You get two keys, so you can come and go when you want. Friendly staff and excellent full English breakfast. Reasonable price, but for 32 pounds you should get an en-suite room. If you have your own bathroom, you don't have to disturb the other guests at night.

The owners are very personable and will help in any way possible. The food is spot on and service is excellent. We stayed there for our Honeymoon and the location is ideal for all amenities. The surrounding beaches are second to none and you are so close to them you never need to get back into your car unless you want to explore the beautiful surrounding areas. Would highly recommend. Amanda was really friendly and accomodating. Everything that we needed was on the doorstep. We had a lovely stay at the Lynton Guest House. The room could do with modernising but this wasn't a problem as we went to Newquay to explore the beautiful beaches and surrounding areas.

The location of the b&b is good being close to the harbour and the owner were friendly and helpful. The guest house is really dated and the rooms and bathroom extremely small and crappy. We had a strange smell in the room (kind of wet dog smell) that remain for all the time. The room had a view on the roof behind the hotel which was used a storage and was nasty. One of the towel had holes on it.
