Lynton House is situated just 260 ft from the pier, the sweeping promenade, shops, bars and restaurants, and 820 ft from the famous tram and cable car stations. The family-run guesthouse has been awarded 4 stars by Visit Wales for elegance and cleanliness. This immaculately maintained establishment lies under the Great Orme, just off the seafront. The modern rooms are comfortable and finished to a high standard. They include a flat-screen TV and an iPod docking station. There is a comfortable lounge overlooking the pretty courtyard for guests to relax in. It features an honesty bar and a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in most areas of the building. Please note Lynton House does not have an elevator. A room on the first floor and rooms on lower floors are available. I thought the room we we were given exceeded our expectations.It was clean and tastefully decorated..With a nice view.The breakfast had a wide choice and was cooked to perfection.The staff were all very welcoming and helpful .The hotel is ideally situated close to the beach and centre with its many shops ,bars and resteraunts to cater for most peoples choices. Also close by are a good choice of leisure facilities including a ski centre and tobboggan run.

Friendly welcome, comfortable and quiet room (at the back), excellent breakfast with choice, flexible service - able to accommodate muddy boots after walks, could leave luggage for a few hours on the last day. Located near to shops, and good eating places and 15 minutes walk from the railway station.

It was a pleasant place to stay, with a good location close to the seafront and the main town shopping area.it is run by a friendly and helpful couple and nothing was too much trouble for them. Lynton House has a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere and we will definitely stay there again. Everything was fine.

Sheridan & Mark were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. It was obvious much thought had been given to decorations and furnishings. The parts we saw were really well appointed and maintained. It is a "quality" b & B. and can thoroughly recommend it.

The owners,Mark and Sheridan, made us feel like we were in a home from home, we could not have wished for a nicer couple nothing was to much trouble, from helping us with our luggage to advising on the best places to eat.Highly recommended.

Nd obliging. The bedrooms were very stylist, wwe shared a family room, which hd two single beds in one room and a four poster bed in the other half, and we all had a very good nights sleep. We were inpressed with the "little extras" ear plugs in case the seagulls were too noisy and the choice of teas and coffees in the bedrooms. Would definately return if going to Llandudno and would recommend to everyone who was thinking of going themselves. A truly pleasent expereince xx

Lynton House is a warm and friendly place to stay. Sheridan and Mark are lovely hosts, and we were greeted with a smile. Lynton House is clean and comfortable and set in a perfect location. Our room was stunning. The bed was comfy and the whirlpool bath was a nice relaxing touch. Breakfast was brilliant too. We both recommend the salmon and scrambled eggs!! Thank You Mark and Sheridan we will back back in the near future :)

Perfect location for sight seeing, beach, shops and night life whether you want quiet or lively, young or older. The owners could not be more helpful and friendly. A good choice of breakfast in a pleasant and bright dining room, the decor throughout was tastefully done. Can highly recommend Lynton House.
