Lynton House  

I thought the room we we were given exceeded our expectations.It was clean and tastefully decorated..With a nice view.The breakfast had a wide choice and was cooked to perfection.The staff were all very welcoming and helpful .The hotel is ideally situated close to the beach and centre with its many shops ,bars and resteraunts to cater for most peoples choices. Also close by are a good choice of leisure facilities including a ski centre and tobboggan run.

EXpected the best and got it. Have rebooked again.

Sheridan & Mark were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. It was obvious much thought had been given to decorations and furnishings. The parts we saw were really well appointed and maintained. It is a "quality" b & B. and can thoroughly recommend it.

Nd obliging. The bedrooms were very stylist, wwe shared a family room, which hd two single beds in one room and a four poster bed in the other half, and we all had a very good nights sleep. We were inpressed with the "little extras" ear plugs in case the seagulls were too noisy and the choice of teas and coffees in the bedrooms. Would definately return if going to Llandudno and would recommend to everyone who was thinking of going themselves. A truly pleasent expereince xx

The hotel is in a great location. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well decorated and comfy and the hotel is lovely and warm. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful.

I thought everything was excellent, Great Hosts, Superb Room, Lovely Breakfast, Great Location. I will return, Thank You.

we really enjoyed our stay at this family run B & B The staff were brilliant the food was lovely and the rooms where very clean and all the hotels décor was fab. Will defo go again and stay there

Good welcome, good facilities, very good breakfast. Convenient location for shops, beach and walks

Owners very friendly nothing is to much trouble. House spotless. Good breakfast,

Lovely bed & breakfast, ideally situated as just off the promenade and only around the corner from the start of the shops. A decent sized room with nice furnishings and a really comfortable bed. The house is beautifully furnished and has a large residents lounge as well.

The only downside is the parking. The hotel has a very small carpark with probably four spaces at most and there is no access to the hotel from the carpark at the back, you have to walk round. Although there is free parking one side of the street you take a chance as to whether you can get in or not. IIt was very busy the weekend we visited and that was Feb so could be a problem in season. It's fine if you don't mind parking elsewhere and walking back.

The personal touches, the incredibly accommodating and friendly staff (family run business), the gluten free sausages & toast at breakfast, the immaculate room (recently refurbished to an excellent standard), the location at the best end of town, gorgeous chippy round one corner and a fabulous top notch restaurant (Osborne House - highly recommend it!) round the other - near to the beach & promenade for lovely nightie strolls, listening to the waves crash on the pebbles, great walk up to Happy Valley and a fun toboggan ride (and dry ski slope but we didn't try that), fabulous local shops from the quaint/local to the standard shopping centre choices (Boots, Debenhams etc), really beautiful place :-)
