I thought the room we we were given exceeded our expectations. It was clean and tastefully decorated..With a nice view. The breakfast had a wide choice and was cooked to perfection. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful .The hotel is ideally situated close to the beach and centre with its many shops ,bars and resteraunts to cater for most peoples choices. Also close by are a good choice of leisure facilities including a ski centre and tobboggan run.

Me and my partner wanted a nice quiet relaxed weekend away, and Lynton house was perfect. We had the whirlpool bath room with tv bed, perfect to relax. Word of warning, don't put many bubbles in the bath I disappeared! The hotel is situated right near the town pier! Staff very friendly made us feel very welcome, food fab very hot and cooked perfectly. Very modern and smart decor! 'honesty' bar was dry handy, take what you want from the bar and write down on the chart what you've taken. Ideal when we had been out or a meal and didn't get back til later on, no need to wake anyone. The room was a nice size and the bed..wow! Tempur/memory foam pillows and mattress. Slept amazing! Hotel very quiet, no noises to hear. Definitely be returning to Lynton house, very well priced, clean and comfy. 10/10 :) Mark and Sheridan you're home is beautiful! :)

The location was perfect as it was within easy walking of the town centre, shops, bars and restaurants, plus the attractions such as promenade, pier and Great Orme. The owners were very friendly, chatty and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent and plentiful, all freshly cooked with a good choice. Our room was very clean, modern and beautifully decorated, and the king sized bed was so comfortable it made it hard to get up on a morning! All in all an excellent stay.

The house is beautifully decorated throughout to a very high and tastefull spec. The staff are exceeding friendy, attentive and very helpfull indeed. Food is fantastic. My twin room was spotless and beautifull decorated. The house is in a great location for a number of good eating-out places which are on the doorstep. It is also close to the pier and shops.

Erything was exellent great breakfast cooked fresh just how I liked it,not too central or out of the way.roorm was clean, warm brand new carpet adequate en suit.and sky tv tea and coffee making facilities. There was a very comfortable lounge with tv small patio area at the front with a restaurant and a couple of bars over the road but was a very quiet area. This was not the cheapest nor the dearest we have ever stayed at but you get what you pay for.I Recomended it to a couple who were outside when we were leaving. Liked everything even the wood flooring in the hallway

Sheridan was very welcoming and it was a pleasure to talk to her. The service was excellent. The communal lounge was very comfortable and welcoming, although we did not use it. There was a hospitality bar which was easy to use and pay for. The dining area was spacious and well decorated. Our room was a standard double with en suite shower, and catered for our needs. It was very clean. We liked the fact we were very close to Llandudno's amenities, including the beach and pier. Very good value for money and we would come again. Thank you Sheridan and Mark

The situation is good, the rooms warm and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. We were made very welcome. Hot water ran out after filling bath above jets, so there was no water left for my husband. Would have preferred a choice of bath and shower rather than just a bath. Rooms are a little small, but I suppose there is not much you can do about that.

Very friendly clean b&b with good healthy grilled breakfast. Stay ruined by noisy late night licenced pub straight opposite the front of the hotel. Despite earplugs we were ket awake until 2am with people stood outside this pub smoking, laughing, shouting and waiting to be picked up in taxis, (doors slamming). Could not reccomend this hotel purely down to this experience.

Lynton House is immaculate and is very well run by the owners who are always at hand to help and advise. The room, although not large, was extremely comfortable, warm and quiet with good lighting for reading in bed. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked. I particularly liked the dish of mixed fresh fruit which was offered at breakfast time - a welcome change from the tinned variety one often sees in guest houses.

Friendly owners, excellent hosts.Very clean & well maintained b&B. Convenient rear parking.Excellent breakfast - they were very obliging with our differing needs. Would definitely return. There can be some noise from the two pubs opposite, but as Lynton House is in a popular location this is only to be expected, this certainly doesn't detract from the many plus points.

“Above all else I thought the food was delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and an all round happy atmosphere at the hotel. The staff to a man and woman were delightful with my four year old and I look forward to re-visiting with my partner and baby.....Long may you reign, Imperial!! ps and how nice not to have a buffet/help yourself breakfast with 'past-their best to eat' selection! Instead glorious, freshly cooked, served All Welsh!” Ian, Chester |

“The locatiion of this hotel is superb as it is on the beach front with only a short walk around the corner to the towns high street. Decour and fittings are all in good modern taste with a friendly welcoming atmosphere. The staff are all polite, well presented and helpful. In particular, i found the young lady receptionist a credit to the establishment. My room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had the usual choice of full english, toast and cereals.” Richard, Biggleswade |
