Very helpful and friendly owner, good location, comfortable. Would recommend this for a stay in Falmouth and will definitely stay there again when we next visit Falmouth.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast served in your room! Owners really invited you into their home - a real "guest house". Could use their DVDs/longue etc. Big quirky room. My favourite ever B&B!
