The owners were very nice the waitress averil was great lady worked hard to bring the breakfast to our table and always very helpfully The only thing I would say is we would have liked a lounge with a bar poem if we wanted an after tea drink but it didn't open till 8 but that is only our preference

the hotel was clean and very welcoming, owners were very helpful and hospitable, provided awesome breakfast. my daughter and her freind who have learning disabilities stayed in room eight which was cold, the shower hoses need to be changed, working for enviromental health there is a vast amount of necretising fascaitis that is caused by bacteria invading slight wounds or skin puntures, and shower hoses are one of it derivatives. Mats in the bathroom is dangerously slippery when wet.

visited a number of years ago still run by same family and was pleased to be recognised and enjoyed reminiscing about past visits . Hotel is everything you want about a short visit like ours , all amenities close by due to central position and very reasonably priced considering it is on the sea front . Everyone very helpful , good breakfast and most importantly about these sort of stays the hotel is clean , warm and comfortable , will definitely use again .

Excellent location, adequate family room for the price, good breakfast and choices, friendly staff. Parking was available on site. The bar shuts quite early although understand that if there are no customers then no need to stay open. Breakfast slot is only 9-9.30am so not much flexibility especially on a weekend.

breakfast were excellent, and fast service the rooms and beds were to small, must have been the smallest room in blackpool, prison cells are bigger, says something when you take 1 step from the bed and you are in the bathroom, would suit as a single room, as for the bed was a good size if you were a midget, no bed side cabinets and only 1 tiny chair, you look out the window and all you see is a the back wall of the next hotel,

on Blackpool promenade, room cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. Very nice breakfast. no sitting area at front of hotel, cars parked up to the front door so not much space for walking into and from the hotel.

I brought my mother here for the weekend and we both thouroughly enjoyed it. Rooms quite small as was the bathroom but if using just as somewhere to rest your head isnt a problem. Was a little dissapointed our veiw consisted of the next hotels wall and the window could have used a bit of soap and shammy but overall cleanliness not a problem. Location was great, right in the heart of everywhere we wanted to visit. The staff where lovely and the breakfasts are delish. Overall, wed definately stay again.
