We loved it! Great staff, great breakfast, very nice (but small) room, lovely bed, best location EVER, best VFM I ever had.
Small shower. But really, who cares?
My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights to visit London. The guy a the entrance was very nice and funny. The room isn't large but comfortable and clean. The shower is very small this is the only negative point. We had two breakfasts and we had choice between English and Continental breakfast. Last point, we asked if we could let our 2 medium luggages at the Hotel after check out for a few hours and they accept with a smile. Location is perfect very close to the black underground line easy to join all points of the city.
The receptionists were very helpful. The staff during breakfast very helpful.
The bed is too small
Shower and cleanliness of bathroom
Clean. Lovely breakfast, friendly staff
Wifi was very patchy. I was on second floor so perhaps signal was weak. Wifi kept disconnecting. I was a single person and booked a double room - which was just about big enough for me (double bed probably just a bit bigger than a single)
The location, the breakfast
Shower was too small!
The staff was wonderfully helpful
The room was truly teeny tiny, but all the essentials were there so for a short trip it suffices!
Both the front desk and breakfast staff were wonderful.
That I had to leave.
All staff friendly and accomodating. And being able to leave our cases in hotel after check out was execellent.
Just small room
A receptionist is friendly and informal. My room and bedding, etc are clean and tidy. There is a hair-dryer facility with this price, too.
I had shower 8:30 am. Shower water wasn't very hot. It was just warm. I wished to have enough hot water for good wash.
breakfast very good ,comfy bed.
the very old lift .
Price: If you are looking for bed only in London, it can be a good option. Location: 5 minutes walk from Russel Square station.
Noise whenever guest upstair walks or guest in the same floor in and out.
The Mabledon is just a couple of minutes walk from Kingscross, st Pancras and Euston Stations. This made using the underground easy. The hotel is very clean , but a little worn around the edges. Breakfast was good and offered everything, cereal, fruit, full english. Overall good value for money and we would use this hotel again
The size of the room was very small. But we didn't spend much time in there anyway.
It is in the London centre and near the underground station.
The man was always with his phone even when we were checking in. And it is so hard to ask them to find a fork.
Good location near tube and train stations, good breakfast. Plenty of eating places around. I recommend King of Falafel on Hunter street.
Single room small. OK for an overnight stay. Could not access WiFi.
Very friendly and helpful staff and management; highly convenient location; great breakfast; extremely quiet room. Rooms were small but functional and clean.
Nothing comes to mind.
breakfast was excellant, good value and brilliant location for in between Euston and Kings X
Bedrooms were very clean Breakfast was good value for money Close to Euston Station Good pub next door
On the basis we paid £62 + Vat for a very clean bedroom and good breakfast - I think it would be unfair to nit pick
Location and price
Tiny bed and shower
The location was very close to the train station which was nice but somewhat difficult to find at first, the free breakfast was also pretty good as well.
The room was super tiny, I'm pretty sure my bathroom at home was bigger. The bed was okay but if I stayed there more than the one night it would have become a problem. Also the elevator is the creepiest thing ever.
Breakfast, Location & comfortable bed.
Double bed against the wall. Shower had black mould spots.
It was quiet The room was at the back so no traffic noise which I really welcome staying in London.
Untidy reception Small room and bed Too hot No bar or food Was just a bit tired a d grubby for the cost I thought
- Location in London central area. - Plenty of restaurants and pubs around.
- The noise because of thin walls and floors. - Very small room.
Location equidistant to Euston & Kings Cross for tube & rail access. Only 2 stops to Barbican Theatre, which was reason for our stay. Would also be good for Eurostar. Hotel staff friendly & professional. Room clean. Breakfast service prompt & courteous. Hot water & heating excellent.
Room & bathroom very small (which we were aware of when booking). Fine if you don't wish to spend time in room. Bed standard double not king-size.
Very close to Euston and Kings Cross but on a fairly quiet street. Great restaurant and pub options nearby, and very nice neighborhood (coffee shops, bookstores and such) just to the south.
Room was a bit cramped, but standard for London small hotels. Shower very snug.
