Its central, it has a lift, excelent value for money, most important its clean, rooms, linen everythingxxxx
Walls are paper thin, can hear ur neigbours doing everything, the size of room might bother some people, not me cauz all i wanted it for sleeping
Decently close to King's Cross Station. Breakfast was pretty good, although 7-9 am is too rush. Tiny shower room. No air-conditioning.
Wifi connection unstable. Unhelpful staff.
Rooms are too small , the double bed is barely bigger than a single bed ! Showe is so tiny and unusable ! Had no sleep during my stay because of the tiny bed and noisy neighbourhood !
The breakfast was nice and the people was friendly
The shower was to low and the tray was to small im 6foot plus
Hotel...look much more different than on booking pictures. I am sure, that I will never back there.
Noisy ground level Rooms ventilation
Just right for an overnight stay on the way to the airport. Value for money, clean, comfortable and close to transport. The breakfast was good too! A hot night in London and the room had a fan in it. Fantastic!!!
Location - very close to St. Pancras railway station.
The place is very noisy - there is a construction site across the street. The room hadn't any ventilation options except a small window which you can't keep open because of noise. There was literally no air to breathe. The bathroom is tiny and misty. The shower was the most awkward I've ever seen.
The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to buses and tube stations. There is a pub next door which is handy if you like a drink and it wasn't a noisy pub. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. It wasn't noisy in the hotel and my wife and I both had a good night's sleep.
The bedroom and ensuite were tiny. Okay if you are only staying for a couple of nights, but we had 6 nights there and found it very cramped, and we were glad to leave. Breakfast was very basic.
I liked the room, breakfast and staff. Very friendly. Wifi was also very good.
The shower was quite small, on the front of the hotel is a pub, which gives some noise at night.
Staff helpful and location to international and tube.
WiFi non existent even though it was advertised as having WiFi in rooms. Rooms far too small and no twin rooms which were requested.
Rooms too hot
almost middle of st.pancras(international) & euston(for local) station - within 8-10min distance
very old infra inside room - old toilet / old shower / very narrow shower booth / no aircon. (there is fan with some dirt) very dry room condition / should bring water mist the worst part - the light on the wall head side of bed starts wining like a insect from 4am so I laid upside down and finally some pieces of glass are droped from that. I never turn it on but it seems over heated and some chemical change occurred and broken like a bomb inside (actually it is not fire bomb - but it could happen if I turn it on all day long) should check the light condition
Good location. Staff were friendly. Great price.
The shower was small. Small cooked breakfast
The breakfast were great, they had a full english breakfast and cereals. The staff were happy to help and available. The location of the hotel were fantastic - only a few minutes walk to Euston tube station and nearby there's some shops as New Look, Superdrug etc.
Location of hotel was good Wifi was good
Shower cubicle too enclosed No air conditioning in room just a fan Breakfast too early Room needs modernised
Location, comfy beds.
Space in room was a bit tight for two.
Small shower not enough sugar
Staff were great...all reception staff & young lady waitress too many thanks
All was fine
The rooms were clean and well kept. Most of the desk clerks were helpful. The Wi-Fi was very good. The breakfasts, which were included in the price, were ample and good.
My room on the top floor was very hot and noisy from the street, and the weather outside was not hot. When I came down on the first day and said my room was hot, the desk clerk did not offer me a different room. At 2:30 in the morning, when it was still hot in my room, I decided to stay only 3 nights instead of 7 and to leave London earlier than planned.
The staff were pleasant and responsive ebven though we had to complain in the first 5 minutes of arriving. The breakfast was simple but cooked to order
The rooms were very small and the en-suite smelt very badly of unclean drains. We asked to move from the first room. The second was better put still had a poor smell. The whole hotel could do with a refresh; painting, decorating and new carpets. A commitment to providing air-conditioning would be useful
Staff on arrival excellent asked for more tea and milk etc and he left it for us comin back from eminem concert
Room bit small
cooperative staff, clean renovated rooms, good cooked breakfast,
very small shower
