It was reasonaby priced (for a single person) and convenient for the places I had to visit. I would return to the hotel but not specifically recommend it to others. |

The only thing I liked about my stay in this hotel was its location. It was very close to Euston and Kings Cross tube stations. The rooms were old and had a musty smell, the bathroom was small and the shower was even smaller. There was no soundproofing whatsoever in the room, lots of noise late at night and early in the morning. |

near the train stations. I liked the view to the backyard with the little squirrels. More knowledge about tourist information. The big armchair in a very little room was a problem. |

The rooms are too small. The facilities are minimum. The shower/toilet rooms are small and disgusting. Electricity points inadequate. |

The hotel was a short and convienient walk from euston train station and was ideal for our weekend stay. Friendly staff were happy to point us in the right direction for seeing the sights. |

I thought that the service was good from the moment we got there, we asked for a taxi to be ordered and it was there in no time. Also the breakfast in the morning was quick and there was some variety. The wallpaper was hanging off the walls when we walked in the room and it wasn't as big as we were hoping, more a single room with a queen bed rather than a double room and bed. Would of liked more on the breakfast side, portion wise. |

The breakfast was very good. Good choice and freshly cooked to order. The location next to a pub - it was very noisy, very late. The rooms and ensuites were in need of redecoration and the floor was extremely creaky. |

Everything. Convenience most of all. Friendly reception staff. Baggage was under supervision the day I was leaving. I could not control the heat in the room. |

Breakfast was excellent. It was prepared very quickly and served quietly and well,- and there was lots of it. The lft was old and if you didn't shut both doors tightly it would not perform. This occured more than once. The friday night was a lively one because of the noise from the nearby pub. |

The restaurant was pleasant The rooms were too small. A double room shouldn't be classified by the fact that a double bed just about fits in. There was little, if anything, to distinguish a double from a single. The cooked breakfast was described on the menu as consisting of sausage's', egg's', tomoatoe's'. However, there was only 1 sausage, 1 small egg, 1 rasher of bacon and half a cherry tomotoe! The milk tubs in my room had gone sour. It was my son's 21st birthday and we had gone to London to visit him. He paid £100 for a room for one night for his friend to visit also. I paid £85 for a double which was very small. There seems to be inconsistencies with the rates and room sizes. |

Room was clean, breakfast ok. Room far too small, hotel decor and fittings old, poor quality and outdated, hotel needs complete refurbishment. |

The room was damp, the decor was very poor and the cleanliness was somewhat lacking. The only good point of the hotel was its position |

Easy for getting around London. Dont take a cat you cant swing it around in the bedroom and dont take a mouse you cant swing it around in the shower, bedrooms dont over look a garden at the back, only dirty old beds and a few pot plants. Would not reture. |

Everything was clean and the breakfast was good with excellent waiting staff. The staff in general were very pleasant and helpful. The room was rather small. The shower was tiny with water flooding the bathroom however hard we tried to contain it. |

Friendly and helpful staff, great location, value for money, good breakfast and a decent hot shower! Only being picky; the view from our window overlooking discarded old mattresses. The room size was smaller than we are used to but staying for only three nights and busy most of the day and night we didn't mind too much. My husband wasn't happy about giving up his key every time we left the hotel for the day. It only happened one day because we didn't hand in our key for the next two days until we checked out. |

staff was very helpful and professional; location is great, it was quiet, even when we had our window open. the shower was tiny- felt like being in a telephone booth. But... there was plenty of hot water. |
