Staff extremely helpful,friendly ad courteous. Twin room overlooking lake was fantastic. Loved the nibbles served with drinks pre dinner,bread was good.breakfast was superb,fresh squeezed orange juice, black pudding and sausages delicious,in fact all breakfast items excellent

Restaurant menu rather uninteresting, and same both nights. Function room dining events seemed to take preference over guests being served in restaurant.

The weather!!

The staff are excellent and manage to combine both friendliness and professionalism very well. The sitting rooms are so cosy and to have a fire lit and ready is fantastic. The breakfast selection is second to none

We booked 2 months in advance and paid for a Feature room. On arrival we were given a basement ( Feature) room at the end of a corridor. The room had little natural light and the only way to get any fresh air or ventilation would be to have opened the patio doors but because they opened directly into the open grounds we had to keep them shut. There was also a continulus buzzing/humming noise in the background, maybe a generator/boiler room which actually kept me awake at times during the 3 nights we had there. Reluctant to make complants whilst there as I felt it would create a bad feeling to our otherwise lovely time away.

The dining experience. No local foods on offer and when we asked why the staff were less than helpful. We do not expect to go to a lakeland hotel and get highland food and californian port. Do you server highland food in cyprus as this is what the staff implied

not enough seats in the restaurant so we had to order room service where as we would have prefered to dine in the restaurant,

The food was excellent the room and hotel were very comfortable and the location was very beautiful.

The staff were superb, so much so that they were a source of wonder. They were always cheerful and prepared to spend time and take care making sure we had a perfect stay. Anna and Moses, the receptionists were very efficient and welcoming. The restaurant ran like clockwork with a calm and relaxing atmosphere, due to the exceptional staff working like a well oiled machine. The breakfast was a generous buffet of everything you could think of with a cooked breakfast of exactly what each person wanted. We ate with wonderful views over the lake. The food at dinner was also delicious. Our room was beautiful with a view of trees and the lake. It was clean, warm and comfortable.

The bar prices were a little discouraging but each drink was served with extra care and the lounges were an excellent place to lounge so maybe that makes up for it!

Staff were all super-friendly, polite and professional. Both on the front desk and in the restaurant. Great location, great rooms. Stayed in room 38, perfect with balcony (so nice I proposed to my girlfriend there!)

Staff were a bunch of idiots, with a few exceptions. I thought the customer was king until I stayed with you. Get rid of them. You have ruined a beautiful place by appalling recruitments.
