Service poor. Waited outside spa for 30 minutes before someone unlocked the door to let us in!!

We had a quiet room, as requested, and that was much appreciated. Our room was also spacious which was also handy for sorting our luggage before the flight home.

Breakfast was very expensive at the hotel so we opted to eat out for a fraction of the price.

The facilities were excellent and we felt very welcome.the hotel was in the perfect location for what we needed to access

We stayed here for 10 nights and it was very comfortable for a lengthy stay. The deluxe rooms are quite large. There is free wifi in the lobby. The hotel is one block from Piccadilly station where trains run throughout the UK so well located for people doing day trips. The breakfast hampers were huge and good value for money. The hotel staff helped us with our daughters wedding.

good quality hotel, good size rooms

I was so dissapointed , hotel room was so dirty , carpet filthy with stains and shower leaked , I have taken pictures andvwritten complaint , this room inc breakfast and car park fee was iver £200 for one night I am discusted

great check in, brilliant location and lovely large room. the staff were very helpful, friendly and the room was well cleaned and had great amenities. the manchester book in the room was also great for restaurant ideas

the tv was a tad too small for the very large room, the toilet roll holder was broken and our tv did not work on arrival - called and reception said they would send someone but 25mins later - no one arrived. called again and the concierge were able to sort it out over the phone!

Food good when it arrived

The lifts were so slow and one of them always stopped at Floor 4. Very young clientele

Excellent hotel and spa will be coming back again
