Very comfortable. Location was an advantage as I was dependent on close range to train station. Low noise level in rooms, from other rooms as well from outside noise. The internet connection, free of charge was a main feature for my choice of hotel. Wouldn't mind an impoved TV. With additional satellite channels. |

Large Room, clean and tidy. Big bathroom with seperate bath and large shower cubicle! Used the gym which was great with Hi-tech equipment. I ordered room service and was very dissapointed. I should have sent it back. Wrap was solid like cardboard and wasnt what was stated on the menu. Chips were fries not chunky and cold. |

Staff were fantastic - genuinely friendly and keen to help. The guest relations manager worked hard on our request to reserve a greek or lebanese restaurant that eve.Car park at hotel was so convenient. Had a city view room which was amazing! Room was huge and well equipped. Overall, very impressed. No! 1St stay at a Macdonald, but definately wouldn't choose anything other than here in Manchester again. |

I liked the contempory stile and the friendlyness of staff. Food and service in general great. Difficult to find the entrance as it's next to a dual carriage way with no signs. |

The hotel was clean, Bedroom was fantastic, Huge bed, large bath which my boyfriend appreciated as he can't usually fit in as too tall, great shower and tasteful decor. There wasn't anything more I could of asked for all facilities readily available. |

Walking distance into the city centre for shopping. Excellent Spa facilities and great treatments.Great sized room with a really lovely bathroom. Oh and my partner loved the cooked breakfasts!!. |

A lovely modern clean hotel with very good facilities.The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and clean.Bathroom has bath and separate large shower which is excellent.Great location beside Piccadilly train station and city center is only 10 minutes walk.Good location for football games which was my main reason for staying in this hotel. |

Clean and well equipped rooms with helpful extras. Good standard of help and service from staff. Car Park was full and if more baggage this could have been more of a problem. No newspapers available in the bar and coffee areas. |

The staff on the desk were excellent and would do anything for you - it is worth knowing that if you prebook breakfast its 10 pp instead of 13.50 We found the staff serving breakfast area were not very attentive ( we had to ask for toast and coffee after a considerable amount of time ) |
