The resturant was fantastic, most of the staff were friendly and professional, the hotel itself was clean and tidy Overzealous maids, choice of cofee in the tea/coffee (twinnings for tea, only nescafe for coffee),

The size of the room was amazing and the bathroom which had a very deep bath and a seperate double-size shower. The room service was much better quality than your average fayre and not overpriced The internet connection was free as well. A very relaxing place to stay even on a business trip. Nothing tangible, just wish I had a little more time to try other facilities like the Spa. Only other thing: better toiletries and coffee in the room- that is the only thing, otherwise it is excellent and a lovely surprise that the rooms were so spacious.

I generally thought the hotel was very good and the location next to the trsin station was perfect. I thought the room was well equipped and the fact that it had tea and coffee was a bonus. The only complaint i have is the price of the food. I had dinner in the bar downstsirs and i was shocked at hoe expensive the food was . It really felt like I was being ripped off. Such a shame as the food I received certainly did not warrant the price that was charged.

Very friendly staff good location 1St room we were put in smelled of cigarette smoke and had not been hoovered properly (perhaps the maid took her break there!). We were immediately moved to another (clean) room - so was no real problem. Breakfast (if we'd chosen to add it to our cheap last minute deal) was extortionate - £17.50 per person.

Close proximity to where I was visiting Not a very nice area. I was pleased there was a fenced car park. Not very easy to find the entrance to the car park. Hotel entrance not signed from the car park. Restaurant would not serve our group as was 'busy' so we had bar food, which was ok. Only one pair of lifts, had to wait. Long hike along long corridors. There was a stale smell in the bathroom although this went when I filled and drained the bath. In spite of these comments the hotel is one I'd use again. It felt a safe place to be in one of my least favourite cities.

Very spacious room (Superior Double) with panoramic view, although ours was of Piccadilly Station. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Nice large bath and excellent shower. For such a large room the TV was on the small side - and it was a little conservative to supply one biscuit between two with the tea and coffee facilities

Massive room with lots of extras - wine glasses and fridge especially appreciated! Lovely, big shower. The spa was lovely. Easy walk into Manchester centre. Close to China town for great meal. You definitely need a SatNav to find the car park!

Price was good 100 pound per night...great bathroom...breakfast was excellent although pricey. You are close enough to other venues to eat breakfast out. I would stay again, the hotel was extremelly quiet when we went which was midweek. Aircon faulty.

The location was great. The serves were brilliant and the staff were very helpful. The location could have been better and the satnav bought me to the front if the hotel, which was awkward as the parking was round te back. But this is a very minor point and the hotel and the services more than made up for this.
