large and comfortable room smell of cigarette smoke in non-smoking room, very poor service at breakfast, disappointing attention to detail (eg. TV remote only worked very close to TV) |

Location and the parking The room was clean but think they must have had a flood as the room smelt damp and mouldy . Did not complain when we first arrived because we had to go to a concert . Mentioned it next day but the receptionist did not seem interested. |

The room was spacious, well proportioned and had great facilities. The bathroom was enormous with a great separate double shower. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The restaurant had great views. |

During our stay the staff were incredibly friendly and approachable and made the stay comfortable and relaxing. We were upgraded on arrival which was lovely and the room was clean comfortable and had a good view over the city. Breakfast was well served, the cooked breakfast was a little on the cold side, although still edible. There is also secure parking readily available. Manchester Picailly train station is right n the door step and the main shopping area is only a walk away. If the hotel was let down by anything it was a lack of a swimming pool, although there is a very comprehensive spa available to use with wet and dry faciltities. |

A large well furnished room with a huge bath and separate walk in shower. The room had an excellent sounding ipod docking station, nice music instead from the tv radio channels. Very quiet considering location. The room was a little bit stuffy as you cannot open windows. |
