Las facilidades de té y café en la habitación. La estación multimedia y los detalles de cortesía como el agua gratuito. También muy bueno el business center gratuito con impresora, fax y fotocopiadora a disposición de los clientes.

El internet en las habitaciones funciona muy lento e incluso se cuelga. No es internet por WI-Fi, sino por cable con lo cual si viajas con otra persona mas como fue mi caso solo puede utilizar una persona el internet porque solo hay salida de internet por cable en la habitación. Si se quiere utilizar el WI-Fi se tiene que pagar.

The spa was lovely and relaxing, the room was spaceous and clean. The bar was open late.

Queing for breakfast for 1/2 hr to get a table and then queing for another 1/2hr to get breakfast only 1 chef on we cancelled breakfast on our last day and unable to understand staff.

Came to see a mate and we spent most of the time at trafford center

Extremely comfortable bed and a good sized room. Fantastic bathroom-spacious and very well-equipped. Helpful service. Breakfast hampers in the room were delicious.

The hen party overspillling into reception area as we were trying to check in was a bit off-putting. Also the long queue to settle the bill at 11 am on Sunday morning, and the fact that somebody else's charges had been added to our bill, although this was quickly dealt with.

Secure parking. Room was spacious, brilliant facilities with ipod station, internet access etc. Bar felt inviting and relaxing with sofas. Would definately stay again

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and everything was as per the description. Loved the bathroom - big deep bath and roomy shower with a number of settings. Room service was spot on everytime we called.

The rooms were uncomfatably hot most of the time. Had room temperature control but on went to 16degrees so constantly seemed hot. City view room of Manchester looked out onto the bypass ... my own fault as its hardly the most beautiful city from the air!!

Room was large, airy and (mostly) very comfortable with a fantasic view over the Penines (I think).

We could not control the air conditioning. When we called reception, a very pleasant chap came up to the room and had a look. However, he later came back and said that the rooms' air conditioning controls were done in blocks of rooms, so they could not be individually controlled. This meant that we were at times both too hot and too cold. In the end we just turned the air conditioning off!

The rooms are spacious and well designed. It offers a relaxing atmosphere and is ideally placed. Meals are generous and offer quality ingredients.

I found it difficult to find access to the hotel car park having passed the front of the hotel at least twice unable how to get to the back of the hotel.
