駅からすぐ側であるのだけれど、繁華街と反対方向で少しわかりにくい印象です。地図にその旨説明あるといい- と思います。 ホテル内でビジネスランチを考えていたのですが、ランチのオファーがありませんでした。恐らく今後日本人の- ビジネス滞在が増えると思いますので、ランチが提供されるともっといいと思います。 |

The room and location was perfect , the lady manager at the main desk was amazing had to be moved 3 times due to room smelling of sewage ? one room hadnt been clean . staff didnt seem to care .. until we were leaving . would put you offf from returning |

The hotel was very nice and modern. Room was excellent, and it's the best shower I have ever had in a hotel! Highly recommend Price was quite expensive, and for some reason they have a tiny TV which must be a good 5/6 meters from the bed, which made it a bit pointless in having one. |

large room waiting for elevators can take much too long. Long way to breakfast room. Some signs missing when going to or leaving the breakfast room. After giving up waiting for the elevator I used the stairs to walk down. Hard to find the right door to the reception. |

The spa was lovely and relaxing, the room was spaceous and clean. The bar was open late. Queing for breakfast for 1/2 hr to get a table and then queing for another 1/2hr to get breakfast only 1 chef on we cancelled breakfast on our last day and unable to understand staff. |

Breakfast: simply the whole queuing prospect is really disheartening and shouldn't be a prospect. I presume the seating venue is too small for the number of guests. Queue to get in and what looked like a queue round the buffet. Not a great impression. Went to Malmaison just up the road for a proper breakfast and waiting staff. Simply worth it. Queuing is for the Burger Kings & MacDonalds not for a £12-15 pound breakfast |

Extremely comfortable bed and a good sized room. Fantastic bathroom-spacious and very well-equipped. Helpful service. Breakfast hampers in the room were delicious. The hen party overspillling into reception area as we were trying to check in was a bit off-putting. Also the long queue to settle the bill at 11 am on Sunday morning, and the fact that somebody else's charges had been added to our bill, although this was quickly dealt with. |

Service was really good was luxury and enjoyed may stay Car parking facilities were bad had to park on ncp car park a 10minute walk from hotel with my pregnant partner. It would of been nice if when I called I was offeref a car parking space this would be a more professional approach To customers |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and everything was as per the description. Loved the bathroom - big deep bath and roomy shower with a number of settings. Room service was spot on everytime we called. The rooms were uncomfatably hot most of the time. Had room temperature control but on went to 16degrees so constantly seemed hot. City view room of Manchester looked out onto the bypass ... my own fault as its hardly the most beautiful city from the air!! |

Room was large, airy and (mostly) very comfortable with a fantasic view over the Penines (I think). We could not control the air conditioning. When we called reception, a very pleasant chap came up to the room and had a look. However, he later came back and said that the rooms' air conditioning controls were done in blocks of rooms, so they could not be individually controlled. This meant that we were at times both too hot and too cold. In the end we just turned the air conditioning off! |

The rooms are spacious and well designed. It offers a relaxing atmosphere and is ideally placed. Meals are generous and offer quality ingredients. I found it difficult to find access to the hotel car park having passed the front of the hotel at least twice unable how to get to the back of the hotel. |

Wonderful breakfast hamper - best I've ever had; large and spacious room and bathroom; well equipped rooms. Very few TV channels, room service more expensive than usual (although good quality). Not enough lifts if you are staying on the 8th floor - took a long time to call one. |
