the customer service was excellent. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help. The restaurant staff were amazing as well as the staff at the reception.

I would really recommend this hotel, so comfy and relaxing, would have cheerfully stayed there longer.

Slight problem with the first room, but staff very good and moved straight away.

Location in the heart of the city. Nice room. Tea/coffee in room. Reasonable room service prices.

Both mornings shower was lukewarm. Downside of location: noisy on Friday/Saturday night. Woke up fairly frequently and I'm not a light sleeper!

lovely room and bathroom. staff very friendly. I booked the room with a called Rebecca who was very helpful with restaurant and taxi info(we went to Australasia) took her advice, which was great. it was an early 50th birthday surprise break for my husband we went to see counting crows also. The staff put balloons in our room and a card for him and sent up two glasses of bubbly. lovely gesture, would definately stay again. thankyou.

Staff were lovely and the hotel was immaculate! The bed was the comfiest we have ever slept in and the bathroom was really lovely.

Great location (close to Manchester Piccadilly station), comfortable room, staff very friendly and helpful.

The executive room had a large and very comfy bed. The layout of the hotel was good and we couldn't hear anyone in the next rooms or walking past the room. Similarly, no noise could be heard outside despite being situated on a main road. A great nights sleep was had.

The fixtures in the bathroom were poorly maintained. The tap in the bathroom sink was loose and so were the towel shelf over the bath and in the shelf to place your toiletries in the shower. The plug-hole in the shower was blocked and so took a long while for the water to drain. Thus meant standing in the shower cubicle getting cold before you could exit the cubicle. We complained at reception but received no reduction in cost or good-will gesture.

It was very clean hotel, staff friendly

We stayed to the front off the hotel extremly noisey with flow of city traffic, fire alarm went off twice in space of hours 3am and 9am due to a fault, also our shower did not have hot water, we were told by member that we were been upgraded and then reception rang our room to tell us that it was diferent room we needed to go to again, i felt this room was much smaller than our orignal classic double and much more noisey

Great location; beautiful building;friendly staff; great room

My room was not serviced for the entire 2 days I was there despite leaving the sign and being out. Very poor. Room Service slow: had to cancel an order as took too long and it was just coffee!! Seemed to be poor communication at reception: had to tell them 3 times was checking out late and none of them told me to get my room key reset. Fire alarm went off twice once at 2 am.

Loved central location, great pre theatre dinner good value

Didn't go for breakfast felt as though it was well over priced.

The whole experience it's was fantastic the bed was lovely
