Excellent Stay will be sure to stay again.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and very modern.

That nothing or no one tells you about the car park charge, I expected it but not having a clue about it until you check out I think is a bit wrong. There was little extras that were meant to be in our room that wasn'T.

Beauticians in the spa put the hard sell on you to try and flog their products - not very relaxing!

The spa was a bit run down and my fiancé stood on glass by the pool too. Payed £10 extra per person for breakfast which was so greesy i was ill after it.

All aspects of the hotel were excellent (Staff, Location etc etc), Me and my girlfriend would have loved to have stayed a bit longer. But we will be returning in the near future.

i live the spa facilities and the location is the hotel is brilliant as it is very central.

i was just disappointed that there were no plug points near to the mirror in our room so I could see to dry my hair.

Only 1 biscuit to go with coffee in our room and the packaging had been opened so was inedible. The sofa in our room was ripped - that was a shame, I know its being a bit picky!

Staff unhelpful.... Rang two days before to see if I was able to change my dates of stay ... Was told I would receive a call back from the supervisor to authorise this.... Guess what.... No phone call!!!! Extremely rude!!!

It was very spacious, defintaley value for money. We had a nice view, a good, clean bedroom and a big flat screen TV. The spa facilities were excellent! Really close to Cardiff Queen Street Station.

We have stayed in Cardiff several times and this is by far the best hotel. The bed was brilliant and as we we tired out we tried the room service which was excellent and good value.

The foyer was very smart. The pool was clean. The booking in process was simple.

The room was in need of refurbishment. The furniture and carpets were tatty. Air conditioning unit was too noisy. Due to the height, there was no facility to open the windows. The windows were very dirty which obscured our viewing. Restaurant and room service too expensive. Car parking too expensive. I was constantly woken by the noise of the lift going up and down. Due to our short stay, we did not want the inconvenience of asking to change rooms.

the lovely gentleman at the front desk, the size of our room, lovely spa facilities, the coffee machine in the room :) it literally was the shizzle dizzle!! deff coming back.

the fact we had to get a new room key twice as it wouldnt let us in the room. #BadTimes

Good swimming pool facilities. Very helpful staff at the restaurant. Long breakfast hours.

Reception is the weakest point. All requests took long to be handled, sometimes forgotten. Some of the personnel is arrogant and not accommodating. The swimming pool personnel closed all facilities 15 minutes before actual closing hours in order to leave job early.

Check out staff inefficient - we were overcharged three times before the bill was corrected, and were made to feel it was our fault!

When I ask staff for a spare pillow I was told that they have non in the hotel. Had 2 nights stay and was not impressed that hotel is so poor that could not afford to order more pillows for guests!

The hotel staff were all very freindly in particular the resturant . Our room had a fantastic view and was spacious , clean & presented well. I will definately being staying there again.

Great location, lovely pool and excellent breakfast.
