It was close to the arena where we attended a concert, shopping and restaurants. It was expensive but comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We left some items behind and the staff were very helpful in retrieving them. The staff also looked after our special dietary requirements with discretion and ease. Extra parking costs. Expense as the rate was so much higher due to the concert in the city compared to usual rates. |

We like this hotel as the location is excellent as we come for the speedway at the stadium the rooms / view is good & also some of the riders stay at this hotel too!! The only thing that was annoying the jucuzzi was out of order by the swimming pool and it wasnt working last time we stayed either |

We had a good view across the city being on the 11th floor. The bathroom was nice with a good powerful shower. The evening service in the restaurant was good Considering it was a 4 star hotel we were very disappointed. The tv only had 5 channels and reception was poor on 2 of those. The mini bar was empty. There were only basic supplies in the bathrrom I.E. one tiny shampoo and shower gel between 2 guests. No shoe cleaning accessories in the room. |

It was clean and close to all amentities. The parking was poor. I had to park in the multi story to the right of the hotel and got charged £12.50 when the hotel staff said it would be £6.50. The man in the car park was very rude and unhelpful. |

We enjoyed the location of the hotel and the modern fixtures and fittings. We thought that the spa facilities were excellent, and most of the staff very charming and polite. The food during our stay was excellent. The room when we arrived was dusty all through and had not been cleaned for some time, this was confirmed by the cleaning supervisor. After we discussed the sitution with the cleaning supervisor, she asked both of us to leave the room for 15 minutes but we vacated our room for approximately 40 minutes. When we returned the room was still very dusty and did not look any cleaner. |

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Close to the shops and about 20 min walk to stadium. When we got back to the hotel at night (11.30) found it difficulte to get served at the bar. Only one barman working and lots of us wanting to be served. He seemes to only want to serve the men so we gave up and went up to our room. |

We were lucky to have the executive suites which were fab rooms overlooking cardiff. Light and very spacious love the queen bed. staff very hepful and instanly asked if we would like rooms together (we were a party of four) Could have stayed in room all day ! will stay again ! All good. If there was one comment the matress on the bed was a little too hard. (used to pocket sprung at home !) |

Very comfortable - from the bed to the bar / restaurant. Really liked the bench seats around the outside of the bar and restaurant. Cool, relaxing interior, fabulous view from bedroom out over the city and Cardiff Bay in the distance. Stayed in a corner room - large spacious bedroom with seating, definitely a 'wow' when you walked in. Staff were lovely. The only critisisms I can make are cosmetic - there were brown spray marks all over the plastic / metal grilles in the bedroom ceiling - looks like a bottle had exploded and sprayed up, the bathroom taps were very loose & the sink waste wasn't working - had to reach underneath to empty sink. |

Checking out of the hotel was the best part of my stay - won't be going back! Your site claimed they accepted diners clu as a method of payment - they do not! The room I was given was a room designed for disabled people and I was not asked if that was ok (e.g no walk in shower) I ordered breakfast to my room and it did not arrive - when I phoned up to check where it was they stated that they were too busy!! |

A nice quiet hotel when we stayed on the 4th floor for the May BH weekend. Carpark was full when we arrived - parking is available on side streets but not advised as there was evidence of break-ins (glass all over the floor). Hotel staff confirmed this too. |

The hotel was lovely and everything we expected in terms of the pictures that we had seen prior to booking. The bedrooms were extra large and decorated well. The health facilities in terms of the indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were next to none - we had a lovely relaxing time trying out each! Some of the staff weren't as helpful as they could have been. |

A great big comfy bed in a good sized room with friendly staff and a wide variety of food for breakfast made this an enjoyable stay The outside is like an office block but it is fine if you are looking out |
