Excellent service provided by staff, very welcoming and always offering to help. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel even once we had checked out for the day. Breakfast included within a very fairly priced hotel room considering the location. 2 minutes walk away from King's Cross station, as well as cafe's and restaurants being closeby. Overall a very positive stay at the Macdonald.

The breakfast was good, the location was convenient, and the size was doable. It's not fancy-schmancy, but for a night or two, it's perfect.

The location was excellent, friendly staff, very clean room with modern tv and powerful hot shower. Breakfast also good. Didn't like the noisy doors banging at night-clearly a lot of people coming in late and letting doors slam, walls were thin so we were disturbed both nights. Bed was very small double and not overly comfortable.

Spent a short time at hotel due to work do and unfortunately did not get to sample breakfast as I overslept. Staff very polite and understanding - even though I checked in very late. Room was basic but quiet and clean and I slept well. Booked shared bathroom room, but did not have to queue for shower. Excellent value for money. Firmness of bed - but that's just my preference

Cleanliness and the feeling of being in a second home, mainly due to the fact that we were greeted by a fellow Maltese. The breakfast room is too small. On two occasions we had to wait in a queue. However the service during breakfast was excellent: served quickly and good food.

Very close to King's Cross - St Pancras. Breakfast was good. Hot water on demand at all times I tried it. Hotel smells musty. Bathroom was a bit basic - no shower gel (only soap, already unpackaged although new), no sink drain plug.

“The staff at Crestfield were absolutely friendly and helpful. The room was small as are all London hotels that are affordable, but I didn't mind it at all. The best part of staying at the Crestfield Hotel is the location. It is a block away from the King's Cross tube stop, which is in the heart of the city. Also, the Pancras International train station is there as well, making easy to grab a train to France/Belgium and the rest of Europe. Can't beat it!” Tony, Studio City |
