The personal was really nice and always ready to help out. The rooms are clean, toilets and shower rooms are in common with each customer but at any time (day and night ) they are exceptionally clean. Furthermore, the position of this hotel is realmy practical. If you are gonna spend some days in London and have a room for a fair price, hotel McDonald is a nice place to stay for your journey .

1. Good location 2. Staff were helpful. We had to leave for next location early in the morning and the staff kindly prepared breakfast for us. 3. Nice and delicious breakfast.

I asked for take away breakfast. It was impossible and I was not informed on time. Booked price was 69 euros with breakfast but I paid 73 without breakfast. Horrible conditions.

Everything was clean . The bed was a small double but very comfortable. The breakfast was very good for the price.

The T.V was not good!

Enjoyed the breakfast and the location was perfect. For the price this offered no frills value for money.

Bed and room were small. Couldn't see a lift up to the rooms.

Room was small, old fashioned, en-suite shower looked disgusting, re-used bars of soap, bed linen had old-school woolen sheets that look like they needed a good wash, you could hear guests in the room next door and above.

The staff were friendly Excellent location for early morning rail journey.

The bathroom was too small and the toilet got a little stinky at night.

The facilities were quite basic e.g. no hair dryer or internet access.

Location was ideal for both St Pancras and to easily get into the City.

Very basic facilities, damp rooms and quite dated. Beds were OK, and the bathroom facilities were adequate if again basic. I'd stay here again, but only for the location.

Cheap (for central London) and basic. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms like shoe box but who cares as you are out most of the day! Now that I would use it again
