I had booked a room with a Queen size bed and we got a standard double bed. The room itself was very small, the bed was small. I asked about it but no explanation was really given on the day we arrived. The shower only produced cold water. The bath taps produced 'dirt' in the water. There was a leak in the ceiling in the middle of the night which went on for about 3 hours, keeping me awake.
The staff were nice to the dog.
Although I asked about the size of the bed (see What didn't you like) when we arrived, we were told that it would be investigated and somebody would ring us. We waited for an hour and no phone call so had to go out. On the day of departure, after asking again, and explaining all the other faults in the room, we were offered a voucher for up to 40% off when we book online at Accor hotels. As it expires 31 July this year, we probably won't get to use it.
