Location, location, location! Everything was super. A great value for money break in a fab location. If they made the breakfasts more reasonably priced I am sure most of the residents would take them. My daughter and I bought in items for breakfast as I think £8 each for continental breakfast is just mad!

Good location and reasonable price. Staff has always prompt and very friendly. Room was fairly spacious as clean. The facilities seem a bit old and need of refurbishing but nothing too bad.

The rooms are more spacious than in some London hotels and its location, close to the South Bank and Waterloo station suited us very well for going to a concert at the Royal Festival Hall.

Staff were very friendly - cleaners, catering etc. Special mention for reception staff who were exceptionally helpful. Good sized room. Comfortable beds and very relaxing sleep. We asked for a quiet room and got exactly that.

Great location just beside the Thames, close to London eye, Tate modern etc. good range of ales & pies , indeed its most famous for this. Rooms re-furbrished since our last stay , very smart and clean. Fans in rooms are needed as it very hot in them ( mid September ) Close to Southwark underground station (Jubilee line) makes getting around very easy . Unfortunately stay some what spoiled by totally incompetant staff . we were booked for breakfast , and it was a shambles No milk or orange juice on arrival ,it many askings before the empty jugs were refilled . We ordered cooked english breakfast and this took an hour and a half to cook !! repeated enquiries were met with blank expressions of waiter comments like "its not my fault I only serve ,mabby you complain and not have to pay" not what we want to hear ! This situation unforfunately reoccured the next morning and a complaint ,in writing was made to Fuller's hotels, we still await any reaction from them . This a great hotel ,but it must sort its staff issues to provide the service it has done in the past .

Great staff, great location, reasonable price. Having a restaurant downstairs was a great bonus. The bed in our room was rather old, otherwise it's a great place for the money!

The location is fantastic! A short walk to St. Paul's and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel special. I told them that it was our 23 anniversary when I made the booking. When we arrived, we had been upgraded to their superior room and greeted with a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers, chocolates and cookies. This hotel costs a fraction of the price of other London hotels and the tube station is 3 minutes away. I wouldn't stay anywhere esle!

Central location The street outside is very busy with traffic 24 hours a day and the windows on the 1st floor do not keep this noise out. If you are a light sleeper, this is not for you.

I loved everything about it!! At first imressions on looking at the photos on website it looked like an 80s throwback but as soon as I turned the corner and saw it from the outside it was so lovely with flowers outside and our twin room was so big ample n extra space, big tv, comfy beds, custard creams in the tea tray! Bathroom was spotless, huge big mirror n again more than enough room!! Dont be put off by photos! Also great location 10 minute walk to itv studios, st Pauls Cathedral n many other places of interest The photos being used on the website! Need to be changed so much better than that!

The Location was Perfect! Very easy to get around London from this point with a major tube station just a few blocks down. The staff was nice & as helpful as they could be. The bathroom fixtures were a little old & the bed was squeaky, but

Friendly, efficient service. Excellent food. Convenient location. No air conditioning so too hot in room for a couple of nights (22 degrees outside but 27 degrees in room, with windows open). Fans given but did not reduce temperature.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to the river and Waterloo station, from where you have all the transport communications. Near the hotel the was the road repair, and the hotel provided us with the room with this road view. The noise and smell were awful. We closed the window. Therefore it was very stuffy in the room. Moreover, the staff of the hotel ordered us a taxi to the airport and didn't tell that the price was fixed and it was twice as big as usual market price.

Good location for the South Bank. Southwark underground station is just up the road which took us to Oxford St(Bond St). The next day was sunny so we walked to Buckingham Palace which didn't take long. Hotel staff were very friendly and the bar had a good atmosphere. Food served was very good. Hotel looked after our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out. No complaints at all. We will be staying again.

Hotel convenient location for various attractions around the South Bank. Room clean and comfortable, would definitely stay there again even though there were a coupld of minor issues. Bathroom floor flooded everytime we took a shower and room very hot although there was a free standing fan which did help,
