We had stayed at Sanctuary House previously and found the Mad Hatter to be of the same standard. Good location, reasonable price and very nice, helpful staff. The price for breakfast is a little excessive, however, although this seems to be the norm for hotals in London. The pub is great! |

Excellent location, everything we wanted within walking distance. Room on 3rd floor very quiet, no street noise at all. Hotel feels separate from the pub on the ground floor, as it should. Good value compared with what else is available, but London accommodation's not cheap. Pub itself is good and lively. A relatively minor point really, but fried breakfast was slightly disappointing. Bacon and black pudding tasted like they'd been cooked an hour earlier and kept warm, while sausages were not very tasty. however eggs were fresh and nice, which can often be a failing. Don't let this put you off though, overall the hotel it was good value. |

Did not stay long enough to find out. We expected the double room to have a double bed instead of the 2 single beds we had. |

Everyone was very helpful. Very friendly staff. Liked that the hotel is small. The free breakfasts were nice! Wish the cable for TV was better. Channels went out a lot. |

Location was good, rooms tidy and the atmosphere nice and traditionally english. Food was nice, rooms quiet. Breakfast was a bit confusing, I would have hoped for the staff to be more aware of customers at that busy time. Also, the reservation/authorization fee of 300 pounds should have been made clearer beforehand, so I could have upgraded my visa limit. Now I ran out of credit in the middle of the trip, which wasnt nice at all. |

Very enjoyable London location. Clean, well managed, and reasonably priced. Excellant value for the cost. The matresses on the twin beds were quite uncomfortable |

Quiet, good night's sleep, friendly, helpful, pleasant service, great eco bath products. Needs a little attention to details, toilet door closing properly, very small towels. |

A reasonable haven in a dismal area that is relatively convenient for the South Bank entertainments Only 4' 6" double bed, thats too small these days for a couple. |

Pleasant, well-appointed accommodations, congenial staff, reasonably priced for a wonderful location. Beautiful rooftop terrace and salon. Free Internet and PCs to use. Easy walking distance to Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain. Bus stops close by and public transit easy to navigate. Was just perfect for our holiday. |
