Location and bed was comfy
Fly in breakfast, very unwelcoming staff who packed food away whilst we were still eating even though we were well within time limits for breakfast, quality of good poor and shower not working and despite complaints remained so!
no lock on door ,1 towel,no where to hang it, hard tomatoes lukewarm eggs( I don't eat meat )lukewarm tea
The free wifi was excellent, rooms basic but clean and the beds comfortable!
The staff were not so friendly or very helpful! My tv remote didn't work so when I asked I was told I would have to wait until the following day for somebody to sort it! No refreshmens before 6pm when the bar opened, not even a vending machine! The lift was shocking!
Location to Bic and shops.
Unfriendly staff, didn't bother to interact, not even eye contact or a smile.
Thanks for all of the staff.
You had a bar
Having to leave & come home
The bed was very comfy and the linen and towels were faultless.
The leaky roof in the bathroom. The fact that when you flushed the toilet the cistern flooded the bathroom. The WiFi would allow you to access Google but due to being limited could not access any sites from Google (Highly frustrating) I was offered an alternate room that might have a better connection but alas, that room did not lock and smelled like someone had defecated and hidden it somewhere in a sordid revenge activity. I returned that key and skulked back to my original room. Also no BBC ch.annels on the TV. Which is a travesty
Location and pr
Gang of Eastern Europeans hangoing around the front door smoking and drinking beer at 9am.
Attitude and lies and poor excuses made that were untrue didn't even confirm with booking.com
The whole experience.never got the chance experience rooms bed But will say breakfast was good.
Bed ok breakfast not too bad.
First room offered had no flush on toilet. Moved next door to find large stain on duvet along with great big mark on ceiling that once must have leaked water. After raining all night water was pouring in outside room onto carpet from ceiling. Not a good stay. Breakfast staff did not clear plates till u had completely finished. Had to ask for t roll as rooms were not made up every day. Woukd not stay again.
close to the beach, clean
beds were very very uncomfortable, parking was very hard to find
Very good location.
Breakfast was a complete farce! Beds were very uncomfortable. Bar very expensive and lacking any real choice.
Very close to the seafront.
Breakfast was awful. Food had been cooked earlier & left on hot plate so eggs were hard. Little choice. No tea, only coffee. Juice was warm & served in plastic cups. Beds were uncomfortable- mattresses sagged in middle. View from our room was a pile of broken beds in the garden. No hot water so we couldnt have a shower.
Apart from checking out, not much really.
The room was of a good size, but dirty and damp. Bedding was comfortable and clean and I would have got a good sleep if it wasn't for the countless pissed sociopaths coming back from the pub in the early hours determined to make as much noise as possible. Breakfast was pretty dire - my wife could eat nothing of it due to the poor offerings: Overcooked eggs swimming in a sea of congealed fat and sausages that looked as if they had come out of the wrong end of some animal. However the number of 'tastefully' tattooed young male diners around us tucking into this carb and fat filled feast showed that how shocking a place is, it will suit some. This place is marketed as Bournemouth's hidden gem. As far as Im concerned, it was far too easy to find.
Value for money, comfortable and enjoyable
The breakfast was good the room was small the beds an uneven hight shower was cold no hot water at all in the shower
The nolse from drunks slamming lift doors no respect for other guests
Parking was a nightmare and if you have to use the municipal car park very expensive
Wi-fi available breckfast included clean beding
wi-fi available up to 2nd floor. 3rd left with no internet acces. decorations - omg. dodgy mattresses
Location Get what you pay for
The fact that was quite cheap and breakfast was included.
Rooms nowhere close to be refurbished, not clean, beds uncomfortable, hard to park your car close to hotel.
Price, although no car park there is plenty street parking with no charge. Hotel is run down but clean. Good breakfast included in the price.
The views to the rear of the hotel are not nice. The rooms could do with sound proofing as it is very noisy. As the hotel is cheap it attracts stag/hen do's which can be disruptive in the night.
Nice hotel, great food and ambience. A little bit unloved in some places but that doesn't matter
Very good, breakfast included for this price which is a great value. Clean and quite.
Walking up the hill to reach the hotel. Wasn't very good wih my knee pain
good food friendly staff nice location
looking for a parking space
