Great rooms, service was good
Breakfast was a bit all over the place, the greeter didnt explain anything just asked if you wanted tea or coffee. Unsure as to wether we couldve had a cooked breakfast as it was never offered. Not much choice on continental buffet.
Friendly staff, good standard of room and great breakfast
The location was good, just a few minutes walk from the tube and a couple of nice restaurants close by that were within walking distance.
The room was very small and warm. The windows in the room didn't open and although it had aircon in the room it was still very warm. The bathroom was like a sauna, there must of been hot water pipes or something in the walls because they were hot to touch.
The hotel was in a reasonable position for where I needed to be. The staff were quite friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good compared to other hotels I have been in. The bed was quite comfortable but also didn't seem that big. I asked for help with buses and the receptionist printed out a map etc, but didn't tell me that buses don't take money and that I needed to buy an oyster card before getting on the bus .. I thought I was going to be late for my course because this took extra time, which could have been done the night before.
The room was quite small, and the air conditioning very noisy, but the room was very warm, so it was difficult to sleep. The towels were small and thin! but there was shower gel. I had to ask for an iron but they were very quick to get it. The room was very basic and quite tired, but appeared to be clean and was adequate - I thought it was expensive for what you got, but then it is London.
Hotel was in a dodgy area
The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful and polite . The room decor was good and room cleaned daily with fresh clean towels and toiletries .
The room is too small. The fridge too small and did not cool . The bed sheets were not changed in over one week . The Internet was a disaster as it kept on cutting off every less than 4mins . The TV reception was faulty with breaking up reception/ vision. The was a permanent smell from the lift and corridor.
In London in summer aircon is vital for a comfortable night - in this hotel the aircon was easily up to the job on a 25c night - nice free breakfast too
Nothing really rooms aren't that large but fine really,
The hotel is in a good location. And its still quite new. I like thestorage under the bed. The receptionists are nice too
Housekeeping. Our sheets were never changed.
Mattress not that comfy
The staff. April and the other chap. Clean environment
The staff on arrival was amazing and kicked off our night some banter and cater to small requests like when my other half needed water 3 in the morning staff provided us with that with a pleasant ora
The room good
No open windows and no have internet what they say they have but in the room no have and include no good signal from the phones too
Beds and air-con.
Breakfast poor for money, tea luke warm and selection minimal.
General cleanliness. Reasonably good location.
The towels were of appalling quality not worthy of a 2 star hotel - rough old faded and well worn. I asked reception for more towels and given more of the same. Take care when using the the shower head extension as it is extremely heavy made of solid steel and can easily slip from its adjustable cradle as mine did and cause severe injury, it missed my foot by just millimetres! My safe would not lock or unlock the receptionist was unable to fix it although offered to sort it out. The hotel was comparably pricey considering the alternatives. I booked it as Bookings.com offered a good rate on my dates.
close to tube station
rooms without windows, they are like a grave. breakfast quality and varieties is poor one of the staff with blue eyes was not nice when we tried to ask for help.
Good location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and underground.
Not being able to open the windows and let in fresh air! Breakfast buffet was not impressive.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Avoid Room 406.It is very small and at the back of the building. Quite claustrophobic as the view from the window was a brick wall. The air conditioning was totally inadequate (and noisy) and there was no option to open the window. No air conditioning in the corridors on the 4th floor made it hot and stuffy. The continental breakfast was the most basic continental breakfast I have ever seen. We only stayed for one night so I guess this is the sort of room they give all their one-nighters. Would I stay here again......Ummm..... let me think for a second.......NO.
Nice place Lovely reception's staff Lovely manager Lovely room and bathroom
Very bad customer service from more than 2 workers in the restaurant
The location is excellent good access to most places. The hotel was clean.
The bed was very uncomfortable and poor wifi.
The room was excellent for its size and extremely comfortable, functional too, especially the shower, that was Brilliant.
Couldn't get Wi-Fi in the room
i like the receptionest they are very polite
wifi and breakfast
location and staff was not helpfull on the check in date even I have already informed them about my early check in.
Good air con.
The cleanliness of the room was very good.
The staff were very rude and unhelpful, the shower nearly fell to pieces, I was overcharged by £100, a mistake which I had to spot. Breakfast service was dyer, and I wasn't given any change.
Next to the tube, bus and overground station. Clean and beautiful rooms.
High temeperature in the room, difficult to find the correct temperature with air conditioning.
