Design slick and comfortable. Like a home. Perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness of staff. Good location for shopping. Taxi firm downstairs very convenient. Would definitely go back. Wireless and lan not functioning (despite staff efforts). Used Weatherspoons free wifi. Solved problem albeit with weak connection. Heating was very efficient when I arrived but felt cold thereafter (despite being on maximum). This probably could have been rectified if I had raised it as a concern (at that point didn't want anyone to come into the room). You need to know that receoption is on third floor. Was wondering around downstairs when I arrived before a passer-by directed me. |

liked the overall experience of staying in the hotel, staff and its location I have stayed in leicester before but this was by far the best noisy aircon unit outside the room, i stayed in room 10 and the unit appeared to operate mainly at night |

The staff were excellent at the hotel. The hotel room was very good indeed. The breakfast was first class, as good as I have eaten anywhere! |

The rooms were tastefully designed and comfortable, with all necessary facilities. It was quite noisy, as there was a party in the reception bar (3rd floor), which you could hear from the 1st floor. The hotel entrance was not easy to find. It s located opposite a taxi rank, and it became very noisy as the pubs/clubs closed and people emptied into the streets. |

My room was upgraded without my asking to a large airy room. Everything seemed new and good quality. Hotel staff pleasant and obliging A mistake with the bill needed to be sorted out. Hotel entrance was so discreet it was hard to find. Wooden floor in the room made it feel a bit cold. Sound proofing seemed poor so roadworks outside, going on until midnight and restarting at 6am, were rather disturbing. |

This was a wonderful hotel, from the outside it looked a bit strange, being placed between a kebab shop and taxi base, however once through the doors it was amazing. Great value for money, the food in both the hotel and restaurant were amazing and the staff were excellent. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and stay here again if I visit Leicester. A bit difficult to find and parking at the NCP was a pain, other than that the hotel was fantastic. |

The staff were very polite. When I booked the room I was told that the deLux room was over facing the Maiyango Gardens and tress. I was also told that it has a good view and free from noise. The Maiyango gardens turned out to be a gravel patch with a few wilting plants and 2 Trees. The room over looked the city centre consutruction site and the noise kept us awake all night! |

Extremely helpful reception staff. Missed breakfast, but toast & coffee was sent up to room.Extra touches, such as fluffy towels & bathrobes, good choice of in-room teas. Floor had not been swept, although this was done when mentioned. Coffee provided had been opened and refilled a number of times. |

A pleasant surprise, a trendy boutique hotel in Leicester. Great room, decor, shower. Good value. Tricky to find, and had to park across at a parking station with no reduction as hotel guest. Apparently they are trying to affiliate. |

The hotel was small and clean and staff very helpful. The rooms were very modern and clean The website said parking would be nearby and £6.50 per day. PArking was hard to find and cost £12 per day. Directions to hotel should be on website as it it not easy to find |
