Location, room , cosy bar
The food wasn't the best but it was ok.
Nice bright clean room! Tea/coffee making facilities most welcome.
Bed was a bit hard but that's just personal preference! Light fitting falling off wall.
Everything... genuinely great service. Friendly, helpful and good natured!
The efficiency and friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the rooms, and the standard of the food for dinner and breakfast.
Was a bit disappointed that I was not made aware of the special deals you have on a Friday night on the websites when I booked, and the fact that when I found out about it, I was unable to get a refund for the difference.
Some great pubs/restaurants withing 2 mins walk.
gym is ok but a bit basic.
Comfortable room room service was great as I was alone on business
Heating either to hot or to cold
Brasserie was excellent and bar had good atmosphere. Good quality toiletries and minibar items. Beds very comfy.
A bit noisy as doors are heavy and the closing echos through the corridors.
Loved the location for the restaurant we were going to, the beds are really comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We always stay here when we are dining in Leith.
No view from the bedroom window (room 404) but as we were not there for one night it wasn't an issue
The location is great and there is free parking.
The bed was really comfy. Fantastic tv. Bathroom really clean.
The curtains in bedroom kept coming off rail when you closed them. It was really annoying.
The location of the hotel Comfortable bed Clean
Very stingey on the tea, coffee, milk, sugar in the room. For what was supposed to be a quality hotel the lack of a bathrobe disappointed the other half.
Hotel is in a great location on Leith Waterfront, lots of nice restaurants and bars .
Was disappointed with the room not as nice as last visits.Pillows very uncomfortable, bed was only a double not a queen, curtains broken.Coffee and milk not replaced.
Very Clean Big Bath Good Mini Bar Good size T.V
Bed was too Firm The room that was pictured in my booking for the standard rooms were misleading.
The room was a good size and the staff were very welcoming.
The price was very steep for the hotel considering we have stayed at lots of hotels, as it was Valentines weekend we was unable to use the hotel restaurant as this was booked up the hotel decor is very dark and unwelcoming. Very disappointing considering all the re-views I had read prior to booking.
We loved how clean and well maintained the hotel was. The bar staff were especially attentive and friendly and finished our stay off nicely.
Decor and attention to detail in rooms was superb. Loved the building and area. Staff very friendly.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. It was the only let down
