room was excellent, bathroom a highlight, comfortable. Friendly staff and a very subtle and modern vibe to the whole hotel. I would imagine the colour scheme not being to everyones liking, it was fine with me though! You didnt have either of the two sandwiches i wished to order through the night, nevermind. |

Very comfortable, nice shower, good location, staff were all polite and accommodating and the food was good though small portions. Bar and eating areas were to dark, only one main light in the bedroom and my pet hate parking fee far to high and a days parking is 22 hours. Hotel was over priced. |

Staff were fabulous and really made our trip memorable. Room lovely and always clean and fresh towels. Breakfast lovely. Location very good. Would not stay anywhere else. Excellent! |

Room was excellent as usual, fantastic wet room with huge shower. Parking is expensive and the automatic ticket gate didn't work when I was there. |

The riverview rooms were tastely decorated and the ensuite bathrooms bijou and luxurious. On checkout bill system was confusing - had trouble relating what was on the food bill to what we had actually had. Receptionist was very defensive on being asked to explain. Unnecessary and left a bad taste. |

The bathroom was fantastic, a real treat. The contemporary design of the hotel really impressed my partner. Although there was tea and coffee making facilities there were no biscuits or fruit bowl which was expected considering the price of the room. |

The hotel overall was excellent. Our room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Not been able to open a window to let in fresh air. Very noisy pipe work coming from bathroom all night |

Able to have our reunon at the hotel,able to book conference rooms and private dinning,some wine booked ahead The rooms rate seems quite high and with all the add ons like parking and breakfast it made a £600+ weekend break |

Hotel was lovely, breakfast was great. Room was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice, clean and towels lovely and soft Bar service a bit slow at night, expected to get moisturiser in bathroom and biscuits with tea/coffee in room. |

I really liked the hotel - it was relaxing and luxurious! The rooms were amazing and the bar was very trendy! I would definitely stay there again. It's just a little bit far from the centre of Liverpool. You need a taxi, especiallly in heels. |
