Hotel staff were really pleasant, helpful and down to earth- excellent to deal with. Room decor was very nice Its almost unfair to mention it as a heatwave in Ireland is so infrequent but on an exceptionally hot night there was no top sheet on the bed - just a quilt which was much too warm for the conditions, and as the room wasn't air conditioned that was pretty uncomfortable |

The room was situated with a car park outside my window, and car alarms going off. The ventilation/ extractor fan I assume to the kitchen was also below my window and although this was covered to reduce the noise levels this was still loud. I ordered room service at 7:10pm and did not get it until 7:50pm I was to meet friends at eight and was late. |

Staff was very helpful, making us feel very welcome. Hotel was a nice mix of quite a buzzing place, with lots of people coming and going, but still a nice place to relax. Cooked breakfast was very poor, tasteless, nothing fresh. Coffee at breakfast was very poor as well, stewed, horrible taste. We had an executive room, but no bathrobes and only one towel each. The first night the bed was not made properly. |

The rooms were great, very comfortable. The resteraunt had a lovely atmosphere. Great place to unwind after a busy day. The rooms were very conducive to a good nights sleep and breakfast the following morning was relaxed with plenty of choice. I would definately stay again. |

The appartment exceeded expectations, was very comfortable and good value. Front (street) door of appartments banged a lot- could do with some sort of dampening. |

Comfort and space after we upgraded to an Executive Room. One of the three meals we had in the bar was poor - the other two were good value and well presented. |

Fantastic place to stay, so clean and such a good value place. The road it was on had alot of empty houses but don't let this put you off. Ours was an apartment and it was top notch. |
