friendly local staff, nice room, good value dinner, with a free bottle of wine. All staff very pleasant. We liked the tea making facilities in our room. just the burglar alarm went off ,from the house across the street at 1am,which lasted for half an hour. Could happen anywhere and not the hotels fault! |

I loved the fact that we were immediately upgraded to one of the brand new apartments, complete with flat screen tv's beautiful decor, and super staff who ensure that we were not left wanting for anything! I have already recommended it to a number of people and this will be the hotel that i stay in on my next visit to belfast without a doubt! |

Booked the hotel as we were on a night out and wanted to make the most of it! Staff were pleasant and efficient, rooms were OK if a little small but tidy. Breakfast was nice. Would use again if staying over for a night or 2. Rooms were a little small. A bit of a wait getting breakfast. |

We found the bedroom too warm and when we opened the windows we found the noise from the traffic outside quite noisy. We also found the smokers outside very noisy.(there was a wedding). Next time we would insist on a room at the back of the hotel, then everything would be perfect. |

I have no complains about the hotel. I liked the staying, this was a special occasion that I was in Belfast and wanted to enjoy the trip. Thats why I booked Malone Logde Hotel, because in the pictures it looked nice and worth to try. |

Staff were helpful in answering queries relating to the area We were not offfered information/city map upon check in and were not advised of things to do or see in the city i.e. bus tours, places of interest etc. We had difficulty finding the hotel as we did not have directions coming out of the city centre. We chose to eat in the hotel restaurant and were baffled to be left waiting for nearly 40 minutes outside the restaurant in the lobby area to be seated, when the restaurant was half empty??? We felt totally ignored, as staff passed by during this time. We hadn't made a reservation, but this should not have been an issue as the restaurant was as I said, half empty. Service was very disappointing, almost Faulty Towers like. Maybe we were just unlucky. Room was comfortable, couldn't fault it. |

The only things I liked about this hotel was the location, the breakfast and the shower was good. After requesting a quiet room, and double checking with receptionist on check in we got the noisiest room in the house with a band and dj going till 1 a.m and then a party in the room straight across from us till 5 a.m. As a result, we got no sleep, despite two calls to reception. |
