Booked the hotel as we were on a night out and wanted to make the most of it! Staff were pleasant and efficient, rooms were OK if a little small but tidy. Breakfast was nice. Would use again if staying over for a night or 2. Rooms were a little small. A bit of a wait getting breakfast. |

We found the bedroom too warm and when we opened the windows we found the noise from the traffic outside quite noisy. We also found the smokers outside very noisy.(there was a wedding). Next time we would insist on a room at the back of the hotel, then everything would be perfect. |

I have no complains about the hotel. I liked the staying, this was a special occasion that I was in Belfast and wanted to enjoy the trip. Thats why I booked Malone Logde Hotel, because in the pictures it looked nice and worth to try. |

Staff were helpful in answering queries relating to the area We were not offfered information/city map upon check in and were not advised of things to do or see in the city i.e. bus tours, places of interest etc. We had difficulty finding the hotel as we did not have directions coming out of the city centre. We chose to eat in the hotel restaurant and were baffled to be left waiting for nearly 40 minutes outside the restaurant in the lobby area to be seated, when the restaurant was half empty??? We felt totally ignored, as staff passed by during this time. We hadn't made a reservation, but this should not have been an issue as the restaurant was as I said, half empty. Service was very disappointing, almost Faulty Towers like. Maybe we were just unlucky. Room was comfortable, couldn't fault it. |

The only things I liked about this hotel was the location, the breakfast and the shower was good. After requesting a quiet room, and double checking with receptionist on check in we got the noisiest room in the house with a band and dj going till 1 a.m and then a party in the room straight across from us till 5 a.m. As a result, we got no sleep, despite two calls to reception. |

We stayed at the Apartments. They were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was fantastic, we had full use of a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine! The apartments were convenient to restaurants and bars and shops. |

I booked two double rooms. On the morning of my arrival I received a call from the hotel to advise me that double beds were not available but that I would be allocated twin rooms instead. I had no difficulty with this. On arrival we were assigned to an apartment several houses down the street. The brochures in the apartment advertised this as accommodation for backpackers. The rooms were damp and had mould in them. We asked to see the manager but were advised that he was unavailable. We asked to see the duty manager and were told that he also was unavailable as he was at a wedding. We eventually saw the manager the next morning but he blamed reception for the fact that our reservation had been given to others. Do not stay here. |

Property was in good location, good parking, clean, good beds, linens. Noise level was high. There was a party one night that kept us awake most of the night and we were on the top floor. With no a/c windows had to be open to get air and the street noise was loud. |

There was very little that i liked. I suppose the room and breakfast were the best things to stand out during my stay. The initial introduction to the hotel stay was an experience in its self. They were rude, unhelpful and lacked the experience or skills to work in the Hotel & Catering Trade. |

It was a friendly and clean place to stay . It is in a good location. The shower was quite small and the shower valve was unpredictable as it did not mix the water too well. We had no hot water on our first night there. There was an extractor fan outside the bedroom window and it was quite noisy at night while trying to get to sleep. |

The hotel is relatively small and friendly. The suite where we stayed is beautiully appointed, decorated and very comfortable except it lacked air conditioning and was very warm during the night. Because there was function on (a wedding) the hotel lounge was crowded and noisy at night therefore we did not sit to have drink before retiring to bed Lack of air conditioning in the suite bedroom. Also we met with our son and his girlfriend on Sunday for carvery lunch. It leaves a lot to be desired, very poor quality and value for money. Also the ticket system they operate for different courses in the dining room only reminded me of school dinners and it took away from the atmosphere during our lunch. This system is antiquated and needs to go. |
