With free river and lake fishing within Malswick Mill’s grounds, this 19th-century bed and breakfast also has an on-site bar. All rooms have a private entrance and free Wi-Fi access. Full English and continental breakfasts are available. Free private parking is also possible. Gloucester’s historic city centre and the M5 motorway can be reached after a 15-minute drive. The Forest of Dean and Clearwell Caves are within a 30-minute drive of Malswick. The spa town of Cheltenham and its racecourse are also 30 minutes’ drive away. A flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities are included in each room at Malswick Mill Bed and Breakfast. Each neutrally decorated room also has a private bathroom with a shower. Lovely peaceful location, nice room and breakfast. Shower head was loose and made it difficult to shower.The room was for a diabled person which didn't bother me but I think a disabled person would have had a problem with the shower.

The bar/breakfast area was very cosy and welcoming with a large wood burning stove on a very cold early April evening. Staff friendly and helpful. Room in an annex was well heated. Well signposted from the road and easy parking. The bathroom in the room I was given (commendably set up for wheelchair access although I am not a wheelchair user) needed attention, the shower head holder was not properly fixed. The bathroom was basically a wet room (ie the shower went straight onto a cold floor and was still wet in the morning from a shower the previous evening. The wash basin was rather small.

Friendly welcome on our arrival,extremely well designed and attractive buildings.Excellent and very comfortable room overlooking the ponds and garden areas and fields.Breakfast and bar area delightful,cosy and we enjoyed a very hearty breakfast we felt really spoilt.Our next visit will be longer,well done to everyone at Malswick Mill x Not a thing.

We really enjoyed our stay , it was a great base while visiting Gloucester and Tewkesbury . The room was comfortable with all the facilities you would expect at a Premier inn but with an excellent well cooked breakfast included in the price. We would stay here again when visiting the area

The staff/owners were very friendly and secured my IPhone charger which I left behind when I left. I stayed in room number 8. When I arrived it was like a greehouse and I couldn't adjut the heat until the following day when the valve cap on the radiator had been replaced. The door to my room rattled and vibrated everytime someone entered or left any of the other rooms. The two issues together ensured that I had very little sleep during my four day stay. I cannot comment on the surroundings as it was dark when I left for work and dark when I returned in the evening.

beautiful area, in the quiet countryside. they did a wonderful job updating the whole property balancing hotel efficiency with family touch. nothing. i gave just a "good" rating for location because I was on a business trip and the hotel is in the middle of the country. i loved the peace, but if you are not driving, it might be a bit inconvenient.

Very occasionally I sleep so soundly in a hotel it's actually a surprise when I wake up and I'm not at home. This was one of those nights. Found bed very comfortable. They were good enough to do breakfast earlier for me too. Wifi seems unreliable. At least it's an open network without an annoying sign in page though.

Nice and quiet, good parking great pub nearby for evening meals breakfast didn't start till 7.30 too late for me as I was working, disappointed that no other arrangements were offered.

A very friendly family run business I needed breakfast at 10am as my appointment for that day was at 1pm it was no problem at all Jo and her family were all very nice people and I was made to feel welcome ! Darren Chester
